The Maze

Hey, I'm a Korean, and I just wanted to translate all the scary stories I know for you to read! Some of them are really creepy, and it kind of scares me to write it! I don't know who owns these stories, as these are like passed-down stories. Anyway...enjoy!

The Maze.

The midnight road spreads out  infront of them. They drive, cranking up the music in the silent, empty road. It's a dark night, without stars. Only a full moon staring down at them. It's a foggy night, when strange things do happen. oblivious to their surroundings, drives.

"Luke! Isn't this great? You should drive like this more often instead of spending your day in your office. Your arms are like sticks! That's what happens when you hold nothing except pens for months!"

"Yeah right. At least I have a job, unlike you. You really need to think about your future, Ethan."

"All right dude. Maybe later. Right now, just enjoy the ride"

"Fine. Hey easy on the left turn-"

*CRASH*

"What-what did we hitt..? Hey Ethan, maybe we should go and che-check"

"Hey dude, let's just go. I don't want to go to the police."

"Bu-but.."

"Let's just go!"

The car drives on.

They get lost. They have nowhere to go. The car skid infront of a old theme park maze made of dark  green shrubs.

"Hey maybe we should go. We have nothing to do anyways"

"But what if we get lost?"

"Hey this thing is for kids! We'll make it."

They go in, using their cellphones as flashlights. They move on, but stops when they see a dim light making it's way foward, towards them.

"Hey what's that?"

"Have no idea dude. Let's go and see"

A woman of twenties step foward. A woman of long, sliky jet-black hair. Ethan stood taller, and spoke using a deep, husky voice.

"Hey, I'm Ethan. Want to go together? Pretty woman like you shouldn't walk alone when it's this dark."

The woman giggled. Then nodded. 

The three of them marched forward, Ethan talking vigorously to the woman, while Luke, not affected by her looks, silently followed behind them, looking around his surroundings. Suddenly, his vision turned hazy. Red. He tripped over his feet, and looked around. Ethan and the woman was nowhere to be seen. He glanced at the green shrubs. Hundreds of unblinking red eyes stared back at him.

He screamed.

 Ethan and the woman ran to him.

The eyes had all disappeared.

"Hey, what's wrong dude?"

"Umm...Nothing. Just thought I saw something. Hey, isn't it wierd? Cause we've been here for hours, and we still didn't find the exit."

"Hmm..well, that's strange. But we'll soon find it. Let's get some rest. She's getting tired."

"She? Who? Oh, her. Okay."

The three of them sat down. They rested, when suddenly the woman said that she'll go and have a phone call. She went foward, then turned left, and went out of their eye-sight. They waited silently for the woman to come back. It's been nearly thirty minutes. Ethan broke the silence.

"Hey, I'll just go and check on her. She can't be that far."

"Hey, I'll go with you. It's dark-"

"No,no. Just. Stay. Here."

"But-"

"Dude, I like her. And I don't want you to come along and ruin our special moment."

"What moment?? Hey!!"

Ethan disappeared on the left turn. Luke sighed. He knew that Ethan was going to rape her. He already did that once, although he got away with it. Although he knew what was going to happen, he didn't follow, as Ethan was much stronger than him. He'll tie him up or something. Instead, he opened his phone. No reception. Huh, that's strange. shut the phone. Open it again. Still no reception. Huh, then how did the woman call someone?

He glanced up.

Hundreds of unblinking red eyes stared down at him.

"Ethan!!" he yelled.

No response.

"Ethan!!!"

Luke fainted. He collasped on the ground.

Luke opened his eyes. A pair of icy blue eyes stared down at him. Below it was a mouth, which was now forming the words of  "You have been arrested for killing a woman by your car. You may-"

He looked around his surroundings. He sat up, startled. He was at the exit of the maze, the exit which they spent hours searching for. Speaking of they, where's Ethan?

"Excuse me officer, Where's my friend? His name is Ethan Richard."

"What friend? You were the only person we found here."

"But..Ethan...and the woman! We were trapped in this maze...We couldn't find the exit!"

"Umm.. No one except you, who was knocked out cold right where you are standing."

"But..But....."

"Now get in the car."

Luke was pushed in the car, his hands handcuffed behind his back. Inside, he could see the files about the car accident, with the photos of the victim. He stared at it, spellbound. The photo showed the woman from the maze. He looked up. The woman smiled sickly, surrounded by hundreds of unblinking red eyes staring at him.....

Umm....I heard the story, but I made up the names of the characters, and I wrote all the things the characters had said. Anyway, hope you enjoyed it. Vote, comment, fan! I'll be back with more stories!!..Probably.
