The Guardians ( Pokemon )

Chapter 1

"Beep! Beep! Beep!"

I jumped up out of bed. I looked around my room panicking to see what was making the noise. When I realised it was just my alarm clock I calmed down. I turned off the alarm clock and got out of bed.

I forgot to introduce myself. My name is George Hadley and Im From pallet town in the Kanto region. I have brown hair and blue eyes. I'm medium height and I have tan skin.

Today was the day I would get a starter from the professor and begin my journey!

I went over to my closet and pulled out my outfit for today. A navy and white jumper and a pair of black jeans.

I also got on my white converse and put them on. I ran out of my room and down the stairs.

I ran down into the kitchen where my mother stood making breakfast. My mom was great. When dad left her she became very upset and depressed but lately she's been looking more happy and feeling better.

"Hey mom what's for breakfast?" I asked her, sitting at the table.

"Your favourite, pancakes!" She exclaimed putting a plate of pancakes on the table. Yum pancakes!

I took some from the plate and drowned them in maple syrup. I devoured the pancakes in less than a minute.

"You eat like a horse! Make sure you chew your food." My mom said with a chuckle.

"I will." I said, laughing too.

"I've got to go to the lab to get my starter!" I shouted rushing out the door.

"Ok be safe!" My mom yelled.

I quickly ran out of my house and through the streets of pallet town. I knew these roads like the back of my hand. It took me about five minutes until I finally reached the lab.

I ran in the lab. The professor was already ether talking to the other trainers.

"Sorry Im late." I said panting.

"It's ok now that your here let's choose the starters." Professor oak said.

"George you can choose first."

I looked the the three pokeballs. Which one would I choose? Charmander the fire type, Bulbasaur the grass type or Squirtle the water type?

I locked eyes with Squirtles pokeball.

"I choose you Squirtle!"
