"4 shots of Patron, a Jack and a Coke, little lady," One of them slurred, winking at me. I nodded my head while writing down the order, scanning all 6 men out of my peripheral view.
"Will that be all?" I asked, looking particularly at the most attractive one, dressed in a suit and tie. "Yes, ma'am." He answered.
As I turned to leave, I felt a swift smack on my bottom. There it was. God damnit I knew that was coming. I ignored it, for the sake of my job (and paycheck), and left for their order.
"Little miss Leah, looking cute tonight. How are you doing babe?" My coworker Bridget shouted to me over the loud music.
"Eh, been alright. Not the best." I chuckled.
I sat down at the bar waiting for Jax to finish their drinks. I knew I had more tables, I just really needed a break. I'd been working until 2 a.m for the past 6 days now, juggling school along with it.
"Come on, Lee! You're slacking tonight. What's going on in that head of yours?!" Jax shouted, waving his hand in my face. I ignored him, set the drinks on the tray and sashayed over to the table.
"Your drinks," I set down the tray. Every single guy took their drink, except for the handsome one. He took the Coke.
"Would you like to try anything..?" I asked him, confused. It seemed a little strange to me he just sat there, letting his buddies get hammered without him. Maybe he was driving. Why do I care?
"Oh, no ma'am. I don't drink. Thank you, though." He spoke in a deep, comforting tone.
I studied him for a bit. Something about his posture was.. intriguing. He had dark, piercing brown eyes, a head full of messy black hair, stubble and big, full lips. Everything about him looked perfect.
"Oh, okay," I suddenly spoke, snapping out of my daze. "My name is Leah. Flag me down if you need me." I smiled, walking away.
"Come on, Leah! You're taking forever! You have two tables waiting for you over there. Tessa didn't show, and it's getting crowded. Chop chop!" My shitty ass manager, Gorge pushed me in the direction of my tables.
As the night went on, it got more and more crowded and I served the customers but I couldn't stop thinking about the dreamy guy. So, I decided to go back to check on their table.
"Hey, need anything else?" I asked, peering into the eyes of the mysterious man.
"Oh hell yeah! 6 shots, and the drink of the week, baby." One of them slurred, nearly falling over out of his chair.
As I wrote down his order, I felt a pressure on my bum and then a squeeze. I spun around, ready to smack the shit out of the jerk who was squeezing my ass. That's too far for me.
"How ya doin, sexy," The stench of liquor spilled out of his mouth as he whispered in my ear. He grabbed me by my waist, pulling me in close. I tried wiggling out of his grip, but it was too tight.
"Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to get off of me right now." I replied through clenched teeth. "No no no.. That just won't do," He licked his lips. I heard a sudden click, and then felt cold metal against my temple. My heart dropped, my palms started to get sweaty and I couldn't breathe right anymore.
"Please, please-" Before I could finish my sentence, I was released of his grip and the gun fell to the floor, firing off a round.
"DON'T FUCKING TOUCH HER!" A deep voice bellowed, and soon enough two guys were on the ground going at it. Everyone in the club had gone psycho.
"GUYS! GUYS! SOMEONE CALL THE COPS! SECURITY!" Gorge ran towards them, attempting to stop the fight. Once I could get a clear view of their faces, it was him. The gorgeous man from earlier. Him? I couldn't believe it. I was shocked. He's the one that protected me.
"I'm calling the cops!" Gorge screamed. Soon enough, the security guards had the drunk held down, and the other with his hands behind his back, escorting him out of the club.
Bridget rushed up to me. "Are you okay, honey?" She asked, hugging me. I nodded. "Yes, of course, I'm fine." I replied, smiling.  I wanted to find him, and thank him, but then I realized that was probably the last time I would ever see him.
