Chapter 1

"Cora," My ex best friend walked into my dad's dorm room. "What the hell are you doing?"

"Well, I'm smoking slut what does it look like." I said rolling my eyes as I played with the lighter I got off Jax this morning.

"Ugh, I thought you stopped!" She stomped her feet like a five year old in the store not getting the toy she had wanted.

"Oh my god." I got off the bed with my joint in hand. "When you're ready for grown up conversation; call me."

I walked out of the dorm with a smirk on my face that smirk left just as soon as it had appeared when I had head her heels on the hard wood floor.

"Princess?" Gemma smirked at me.

"Dose the Queen want a hit?" I asked as the smirk reappeared on my face.

"Jax's?" She gave me a questionable look.

"He only gives me his good shit; he wont waste this shit on her even if she was dying." I said as I passed her my joint.

"Baby girl," She puffed on it a few times before passing it back to me. "You'll be his queen when he's ready to settle down; he loves you. She just practice I promise you."

"Oh I know Gem; She'll be gone soon enough." I walked passed her bringing the joint back up to my lips. "I love you mom." I winked

"Don't worry baby; he'll be ready soon." She said as I walked out to the lot.

I saw her with him, I smiled to myself. "Jax!" I yelled from behind the picnic table in front of the door.

His head snapped towards me a smile spread across his face as soon as he saw me. It got bigger as i brought a new joint up to my lips lighting it. I got a few drags out before he was standing in front of me taking it out of my hands.

"Whatcha need Princess?" He asked as he blew the smoke in my face.

"I need you to take me to get my smokes." I said kissing his neck as I hugged him.

"You better stop before Tara sees you & beats your sexy ass." He said with his hands on my hips. "I'll get your smokes Princess; you wanna ride with?"

"Yes!" I said hugging him tightly. "Thanks Prince."

"Cora, I swear to god." He growled against my neck

"Come on, I need my smokes." I said jogging to his bike.

"Tara I have to take Cora to go get somethings; Go home & I'll try to stop by later." He said sliding onto his Dyna.

I slide in behind him waiting for him to hand me his helmet. Once he handed it to me I snapped the buckle & wrapped my arms around his waist.

"Why the hell is it that she always come first Jackson?" She yelled stomping her foot.

Jax started his bike & looked back at me with a smirk. Oh he wants me to tell her.

"Well honey because." I looked at him to make sure I could say it. He gave me a nod. "I'm the only girl he needs & wants. Here soon you'll be out on your ass on the curb & I will be on his arm like I should be but right now he's not ready for me." I smirked as the tears run down her face.

"But I'm ready now." He said then we were off.

As we pulled up to the gas station; I got off as quickly as I could. I've waited for this moment since I was 13. I looked up at him since I was at least a foot shorter then him.

"Jax? Did you really mean what you said back there?" I asked as tears of emotion run down my face.

He brought his hand to my face sweeping the tears off my cheeks. " I meant it Princess; I really did."

I got on my tippy toes & kissed him. I felt all the passion he had for me from head to toe. I felt the world stop for what felt like forever but in reality it was only a few seconds. We head inside to go my smokes. Jax walked up to the counter with his arm thrown over my shoulder. I look up at the counter to see Op's girl.

"Donna what the hell are you doing here?" I said loudly.

"Well considering I want to make my own money & not just sponge off Op until I get my teaching degree."She said smirking at me.

"Ok darnlin; I need a pack of smokes for my girl." He said smirking at me.

"Oh finally!" She said ringing us up. "I was hoping for you two to be able to tell your kids, you were high school sweethearts." she smiled

"Stop by later D; I wanna spend sometime with you." I said throwing cash on the counter as I winked at her.

"I'll bring you a pack ok?" Donna said winking back at me.

"No that's ok; I roll at night mellows me out." I said waving to her as I walked out.

"Hey baby; we gotta go." Jax said kissing me before I got on.

He couldn't get back to the lot fast enough. When we parked everyone came around smiling at us. I had never seen any of them more happy to see Jax & I.

"Hey baby." Gemma said hugging me. "What'd I tell ya?" She kissed my forehead & walked away.

"You were right; its a good thing you're Queen cause I have a lot to learn ma." I said winking at her.

"I'm ok with you calling me that now; because you will be my daughter in law." Gem said smiling towards Jax & I like she is already planning our wedding.
