Lani Kai Beach, Oahu, Hawaii.

I shook my the sand out of my wavy hair and sat up to watch the sea. The waves crashed upon the sand. Over and over and over again. I sighed and said, "there is nothing more beautiful then the way the waves refuse to stop kissing the shoreline no matter how many times it is sent away."

"No one cares, Chloe." My sister, Blaire groaned as she turned over on her stomach.

"Beep beep! Comin' through!" Squeaked my brother, Cody, as he dumped an enormous pile of white sand on top of Blaire, "Sorry, Blaire!" I allowed a small giggle before Blaire slowly stood up, shook off the sand, and whipped her head around at Cody. "Seriously?" she growled as she approached him. Cody's smile slowly faded. Suddenly, Cody began to scramble like a crab over to the shoreline, followed by Blaire. I slowly crept up behind them. "Come and get me Care-Bear!" (Cody's nicknames for Blaire had evolved into "Blaire-Bear, Bear, and then Care Bear). Cody giggled and dove into the crystal clear water.

"Crap, Cody! You known I don't like to swim!" Blaire complained. I dashed along the sand up to her and pushed her in. "Guys!" She groaned, making her way out of the ocean as if she were walking on egg shells. "C'mon! It's not even cold!" I yelled, jumping into the warm waves. Cody nodded and tugged on her arm. "Fine." She said. A small grin emerged onto her face as she waded into the deeper area with us.
