Surviving earth-chapter:12

I arrive home and everyones sitting on the couch.  

"Whats going on?" I ask. 

"This is like deja vu, we already did this and it wasnt very fun." I say again. 

"Well this might be worst or might not depending on how much you actually care." Tony says and that makes me nervous. 

"Ok well what is it?" I ask. 

"Well you know how there are more groups of us somewhere out there." He starts. 

"Yeah."  

"Well soon some of us will go and search for them."  

"What? Who's going?" I ask. 

"Um i dont know but if anyone wants to go with me i think you should stay and Emily because she's the youngest. So me Ryan and cameron will go." He says and cameron looks up. 

"Really?" He asks. 

"Well sure do you want to?'' 

"Yeah that sounds like fun!"  

"Well its settled then." 

"When are you guys leaving?" Ryan asks looking at each one of us. 

"Um i dont know probably next two weeks or so."  

"Oh so will we see each other again?" I ask and i feel really sad. 

"Yes of course, unless we get killed." 

"What?!" Emily says sounding really sad too. 

"Well you will know if one of us dies, i dont know how but you will." Tony says and he also sounds sad too. 

"I really dont want you guys to die." Emily says and starts to cry. I give her a hug and soon i feel like crying too. 

"Its going to be ok." He conforms. I start to cry a little! It feels like saying bye to a family member and might not ever see them again. We all end up trying to comfort each other.

Im sitting on the couch texting Cody and Lily both. Cameron looks over my shoulder. 

"Looking for something?" I ask putting my phone down. 

"So who's Cody? And who's Lily?" 

"Um Lily is my friend from school and Cody is too." I say trailing off. 

"Aww does Izzy have a boyfriend?" He says mocking me. 

"Aww you have a boyfriens?!" Emily says in a weird voice. 

"What no!" I yell. 

"I really dont know him he somehow got my number and he texted me and im not even gonna reply." I say. Sitting back down in my chair.  

"Ok calm down" ryan says as if talking to a baby.  

"Whatever." I say.

Its night time and i cant go to sleep so i decide to text Cody because Lily is never up at 11. I send the text saying 'hey are you up?' He responds with. 

'Yeah what are you doin?' 

'Nothin much, i cant go to sleep.' 

'Same here'  

'Well i have to go, my parents are making me go to sleep, will you talk to me tomorrow?' He says again. 

'Ok i will' i say and set my phone down and go to sleep.

I wake up to hear a fire alarm going off. I dont smell anything so i just walk out of bed downstairs.  

"I was sleeping!" I say and see theres smoke coming out of the toaster. 

"What did you do this time?" I ask.  

"Well cameron tried to make toast and it didnt really work out." Tony says and pulls the burnt toast out of the toaster while using telekinesis to turn off the alarm. Theres a knock at the door and we all look at each other.

So there is going to be a second book like I said in the last chapter. There will be about 20 chapters in this book so we are almost done! I have already started the second book.
