Adam and Christina awoke at 6:30am, just like every other morning they spent with each other. It was like clockwork-Adam turns off the alarm and gets out of bed and goes to the bathroom as Christina sits up and fixes herself up i.e. combs her hair, fixes her nightgown from the night before, and I’m sure you know what that means! After getting up and getting ready and dressed to go the set of The Voice, they were in Adam’s car and drove. Once they arrived, Christina was about to open the car door and walk out but, all of a sudden, Blake came over and opened the door for her. “Um…Blake?" she said confused as she walked out,"Thank you…for that flattering but totally random gesture." As Adam was walking, CeeLo came up from behind him and pushed them together, making them hug. “Woah!" Adam said as his body was now pressed up against Christina’s. “Hahaa! Hey, baby!" she laughed as she put her hands his chest. “Hey, beautiful," he said and kissed the top of her head. “Our plan is woooooorking!" Blake said, with his southern accent of his. They pulled apart, but their arms were still wrapped around each other and turned to Blake and CeeLo who were watching with triumph. “What do you mean…’plan’?" Adam asked. “Well," Blake said,"We’re going to be your own personal ‘Cupids!’" Christina and Adam both gave Blake a confused look. “Okay, don’t listen to this hillbilly," CeeLo said, stepping in front of him. “He likes to call us ‘Cupids’ but I like to call us your ‘wingmen.’" He said. “Yeah…still not making sense,C," Adam said, shaking his head. “Okay, so we’re just going to be like Cupid! We’re going to do everything we can to get you two as in love as possible for this day because it’s February!" “But…we’re kind of already in love, CeeLo, not to ruin your plan," Christina said, leaning her head on Adam’s shoulder. “Well, we’re going to make that grow and grow!" Blake said. They began to walk into the studio and the two were still explaining what they were going to do for the day. “Blake and I already thought it out, so it’s all gonna be a surprise for you love-birds," CeeLo said as the four of them were walking down the hallway. “Well what types of thi-" Christina began to say, but Blake interrupted. He “accidentally" tripped Christina with her heels and caused her to fall into Adam’s arms as he caught her. They looked in each other’s eyes, they were gleaming with love for each other, not wanting either one to let go. It was a sentimental moment, but they had to release and keep walking. Christina held her stomach to keep her butterflies from fluttering, and Blake smirked at her. “Did that answer your question?" he said, nudging her. “Okay, yes it did!" she admitted.
The judges walked onto the stage and as they were about to sit, CeeLo came up behind Christina and pushed her into his chair. “Um, C, this is-" “I know Christina! It’s yours for today though," he laughed. “Yeah, but I’d ask Adam to switch with you because you know all the things CeeLo has done on that chair!" Blake said, sitting down as CeeLo laughed. “Oh my god!" she laughed as covered her mouth. “It’s okay, babe, we can switch," Adam said and he got up and carried Christina in his arms to his chair as he sat in CeeLo’s. “Now that was cute," CeeLo admitted. “Hahaa! We don’t need you guys!" Christina joked. “Noooope! Wait for it!" Blake said, and just as he said it, a producer in the booth turned on a switch that illuminated a certain message on Christina’s and Adam’s chairs. Christina and Adam looked up to see the phrase and they laughed as the whole statement was true. "—-> She’s mine" was written on Adam’s chair, pointing to the chair next to his, as "<—- He’s mine" was lit up over CeeLo’s chair. “Hahaa! Oh my goooosh!" Christina said. Her smile was just as big as her love for Adam, and the same could be said for him. “I guess you and I should switch then?" Adam suggested, and Christina nodded. Now the chairs were pointing directly to who they were supposed to be pointing to and Adam laughed. “Where did you even get these?" he asked. “Hey, I was saving those for our Bromance, Adam! You were going to be the girl, but Christina ruined it!" he said, making a heart with both his hands and breaking it apart to tease Christina. “Hahaa! Aaww! Sorry, Blaaaake!" Christina said. “You guys should threesome," CeeLo said and laughed a cynical laugh. “CeeLo!" Christina said laughing. The two boys laughed as Christina shook her head playfully at them. “As I said last season, you guys could use my place!" he laughed. “I’ll take you up on that soon, C, trust me!" Adam said, pointing at him. “What in hell did he mean by THAT?" Christina thought to herself, but she knew in her heart that every surprise with Adam was never something bad, she always loved Adam for being so spontaneous.
During a break, the judges went to the lounge room backstage and stopped in their tracks as they saw what was written on the couch. “Adam’s butt, Christina’s butt" it said taped on the couch cushion. “What does this-" Adam began to say. He stopped talking as Blake sat him down on the couch and took Christina and sat her down on him. “Oohh, I get it!" Christina said. “You two have the whole couch to yourself, so get comfy!" CeeLo said. He and Blake sat on the bean bag chairs as Christina shifted on Adam’s lap so her legs were stretched out on the couch, but was still sitting on him. She wrapped her arms around Adam’s neck and gave him a kiss on his cheek. “I love this," Christina said. “You’re weeeelcome! This was our way of starting February for you guys! We have the perfect plan for you two on Valentine’s Day," Blake winked at CeeLo. “Oh god, I have no idea what to expect from you guys," Adam said. “We’re going to put video cameras in your rooms so we can watch what you guys do on that night," CeeLo joked. “AAHH! Oh my goooosh! Guys!" Christina laughed. “Not really, not really…well…" Blake said and laughed. “Yeah, Rachel knows about it, she’s gonna help us set it up while you guys are here! I mean, she knows everything that goes on in the house anyway," CeeLo said. “Hahaa! Oh my gosh! Stoooop!" Christina said. Adam just couldn’t stop laughing at the ideas CeeLo and Blake could come up with, wether its true or not!
Once break time was over, they all walked back onto the set, still admiring the signs that hovered over both Christina’s and Adam’s heads for everyone to read. “And now," Carson announced," A special performance from coaches Blake Shelton and CeeLo Green!" Christina and Adam looked at each other, confused, as both Blake and CeeLo walked up to the stage. “Alright! So, I bet you guys are all wondering why we’re up here, right?" CeeLo said into the microphone as Blake got his guitar. The crowd screamed in agreement as both Christina and Adam nodded too. “Well, it’s February! And this is the month that has Valentine’s Day! So do you guys know which couple in this room deserves to have a little attention?" he said to the crowd. “ADAMTINA!" they all yelled. Christina and Adam laughed as even the audience knew about their romance, though it was always so hard to hide. “Wait, our name is ‘AdamTina?’" Christina said. “Hello?!" CeeLo said. He ripped open his shirt to reveal anther shirt that read,"I SHIP ADAMTINA" and Adam nearly screamed at the words. “Oh my gooood! Where did you get that?! Give me one, man!" Adam said, laughing. “I got’chu, I got’chu!" CeeLo said. “We’re gonna perform a little something for them to dance to! You guys ready?" Both CeeLo and Blake turned around and put on sashes that read “We’re Adamtina’s cupids!" in gold glitter and they began to sing as song and gestured for the couple to get up on stage and dance together. Blake and CeeLo sang “I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing," as the adorable couple held each other in a blissful rhythm. Adam looked deep into Christina’s eyes, gazing at the beautiful shade of blue that glared at him in return. Christina’s arms were around Adam’s neck as Adam’s arms were on Christina’s hips, and as they danced with each other, Christina pulled him in for a long, steamy kiss that was filled with passion. Her red lips mixed with his as they enjoyed each other’s company, each other’s souls, each other’s love. Their hearts morphed into one as their love grew for each other. Neither of them were ever complete if they didn’t feel that comfortable and loving feeling they both shared. They were connected, and were ready to face any obstacle…any blessing…any trial…anything as long as they were together. In the middle of their dance, the blank TV screen soon popped up with a video montage of Christina and Adam. They were pictures, videos, gifs, you name it! Videos of Christina and Adam’s play fighting during the seasons, Adam and Christina looking at each other during the blind auditions, Adam with his Team Xtina shirt and Christina with loving every moment of it. Scenes from Moves Like Jagger along with certain lyrics that coincidentally could have been for each other, such as, “He had tattoos up and down his arm, there’s nothing more dangerous than a boy with charm," from Candyman, and, “And I can’t wait another minute, I can’t take the look she’s giving, Your Body rockin’ keep me up all night, one in a million, my lucky strike," from Adam Levine’s Lucky Strike. As they danced, they watched the screen and laughed at their intimate and adorable moments they’ve shared. They smiled as they’ve watched their love show for each other in the early years and how much its grown up to today. They laughed at their little feuds, their little inside jokes, their hilarious moments and both started to cry. They looked at each other, their eyes spilling every amount of passion that they possessed and engaged in each other’s souls. As the song and video ended, the couple faced the camera to say a few words. “I love him," Christina said, followed by Adam, “And I love her."
