*Dean's POV*

I really don't like this demon chick. I don't think that she really is who she is. Sammy seems trusting with her but I know better... I just don't want my little brother falling for the same trick all the time...

*Nicole's POV*

I didn't expect for these things to go away soon so I could control them, but they were still up and shaking a week later. With the wings I found out something I never thought before, I could be more clumsy. Oh my goodness, you wouldn't believe it. I have smacked people in the head with them, I have knocked glasses off tables, I've been a mess. Dean has steered clear of me, but Cas, and Sam, on the other hand, have seemed to flock to me. Cas was in awe of how I could have so many layers of different colored feathers with only one set of wings. Sam, however, used my wings as a weakness. One time I was minding my own business, watching the Avengers on the couch where I got my wings minding my own business when.

     "Charge!"

I turned around and Sam was in the hallway. He ran at me and before I could react, started tickling me with my wings. It was the most ticklish sensation I have ever come across in my life, and I once fell into a feather pile in a trip to an old-fashioned style pillow making factory. Had Dean not come in the room, I probably would have peed my pants.

Dean still doesn't like me, I am just hoping that I can become part of the family without being despised by someone. Grabbing a T-shirt, I cut out some wing-holes and pull it over my wet head. The thing about taking showers is you never want to take them but once in them, you never want to leave then once you get out you want to get in again. It is a vicious cycle. I hear the phone ring from the other room and go to investigate. Dean is answering it so I stay back.

"What is it, Dean?" Sam must be close to Dean.

"We have ourselves a case in Durham, North Carolina. Apparently a newly married couple were murdered yesterday, the hearts were burned from their chests. But get this, all the doors were locked and a sigil was burned into the floor in the shape of looks like an H and an X but, from all of the research that we did for the mark, I know that it is Norse runes for disruption and partnership. I think we might be facing Lofn, the goddess of forbidden marriage."

"Do you think the parents did something against this 'illegal marriage'?"

"Yes, I do we just have to deal with them."

"If that is the case do you think we could bring Nicole?"

            "Nope."

"Why not Dean? We haven't faced a god in a long time, I don't want one of us getting hurt. Nicole is powerful enough to smite that SOB out of this universe, why don't we give it a shot?"

Dean paused, obviously making a pro and con chart of the situation. I peeked into the room and saw Sam giving Dean puppy dog eyes.

"Fine, she can go. But if she starts acting up, I am ganking her arse. Got it?"

" Yes Dean, I will get her and tell her."

I quietly sprinted down the hall to my room, or at least where I have stayed these last couple days. It is a small guest-ish bedroom with brick walls, one lamp on a bedside table, and a full-size bed. It still was my room. I pretended to read Sherlock when Sam opened the door.
