Ok so now Sonic and the pups are going to find out more about Nightlight and why she's here. Will she be accepted by all of them or will Shadow be the only one who accepts her?? Oh!! And one of Sonic's old friends will appear!! She/He may not be friendly... or will he/she. Find out!!! In the Confrontation!! BTW SHORT CHAPTER!!

Shadow P.O.V 

Everyone but me went to integrate Nightlight. It took almost forty-five minutes to get all the info she had on herself. I was asleep at that point so when the pups came out of the room they were in it scared me. I waited till they left the area we were in and went to talk to Nightlight. "Hey Nightlight!" I said.  She looked up and said "Hey!!"   I had forgotten to tell her my name! I'm an idiot I thought.  I decided to ask her to see if I did. "Hey Nightlight did I tell you my name?" I asked.  "No you didn't."  I sat there thinking "I'm complete moron!" I immediately looked up at her and said "My name is Shadow."    All Nightlight did was smile and walk up to me...and gave me a hug! Why I have no idea, but still it was a surprise to her as well. But I embraced it and we broke the hug as we heard the door open. "Hey Nightlight have you seen Shadow any where?" Zuma said. I walked behind him said "BOO!!"   "Ahhhhhh!" Zuma yelled and Nightlight was laughing like crazy then I looked at Zuma who was stuck in a box and when he pulled himself out of the box I began to laugh when I looked at him. He looked like a crazy hobo with ring on his head. Zuma left the room and me and Nightlight were alone again. I stared at Nightlight and she looked at me and we both sat awkwardly before she ran up to me and hugged me...again!!! I blushed and hugged back. "Thank you for staying by my side." Nightlight said.  "Any time!" I said.

Chase P.O.V 

I could tell Shadow liked Nightlight. The pups and I knew we had to keep her with us till we went home. So we said she could stay... I saw Shadow smile and Nightlight did as well. "They must like each other." Emily said. I nodded and we walked to a small chair and layed down. We were all tired. I yawned and looked at Shadow he was sleeping and Nightlight had her head on his back. I smiled...and....Zzzzzzz.

Sonic P.O.V

I was working on a portal gun for the pups when a familiar voice say "Mr.Sonic?" I turned around only to see...Cream!! And her Chao Cheese!! I was amazed Vanilla let Cream come up here...Cream got hurt on a mission that she snuck on and Vanilla didn't want Cream any where near us. I guess she changed her mind. "Who were the fourteen cute pups in the lounge??" Cream asked me.  "Oh those pups? I helped them get here. They ran through a Genesis Portal and got stuck her so Tails and I were working on a portal gun so they can get hom. We only have the handle and scope built." I said. She walked in the lounge and she was greeted by the pups exept for two :Nightlight and Shadow. They met her right as Tails walked in.

A/N : sorry for the cliff hanger guys but I am super tired!
