I slowly lifted my head off of my pillow to look at the alarm clock that was on my nightstand.

7:30 am

I yawned and got off my bed to start getting ready for school.

Today is my first day back to school. I'm going in 12th grade this year so, after this year, I'll finally get out of that place.

After I was done getting ready, I got my stuff, and left for the bus.
Luckily my dad was asleep so I didn't have to worry about him yelling at me.

Once I reached the bus stop, I waited a few minutes and the bus finally arrived.
I walked inside the bus to see that almost all of the seats were taken.
Luckily, there was an empty one in the back, so I just sat there.

~*later, still on said bus*~

I was still looking through the window. The bus stopped, then I heard a voice. "E-excuse me..?"

I turned my head to see a girl who looked to be my age.
She had (h/l), (h/c) hair, and sparkling (e/c) eyes. I blushed lightly and said
"Y-y-yeah?"

"Could I sit with you?...all the other seats are taken"

"Uh.....s-sure"

"T-thanks" I scooted over a bit and the girl sat down next to me. I blushed a bit more, awkwardly looking at my lap.
I was terrible at talking to girls, let alone have one sit RIGHT NEXT TO ME.
I didn't know what to do, or what to say.
She began to speak up again
"So uh.....i-I'm (y/n)"
I looked up at her, trying not to make eye contact.
She was blushing a bit, smiling as well.
I smiled back, shyly
"J-j-Jeremy..."

"That's a nice name..." she mutterd.
I blushed even more.
"Y-you too...."
She blushed as well.

The bus stopped once again, but this time it stopped at the school.
She stood up. "I'll uh.....I'll see you later :3"

"O-Okay..."

She walked off.

I sighed and got off the bus as well.
I hope I see her soon.
