The next morning was a little hazy. I didn't want to get up, then I remembered what happened last night. Chels was in my bed and had somehow pinned me down. Great.
I got up unwillingly to get dressed and eat something. I finally finished getting ready and got out to the kitchen when guess who was waiting for me.
"Ugh, not now, I'm a little busy today." I said.
"Oh really, with what?" Asked Max.
"Well if you must know, my best friend is going through something, so I am busy for the rest of the day." I said matter-of-factly.
Right on cue Chels stumbles in not so ready for the day. She looked over and saw me and the noticed Max and immediately got embarrassed because of the way she looked.
"As you can see I'm busy today, so you can go ahead and make some other plans if you like." I said dismissing him.
I think he got the hint because he finally got up to leave but not before one annoying hug from him.
I was glad he left which meant I could concentrate. I turned my attention to Chels.
"Ok lets get you dressed." I said.
"I'm not feeling up to it today." She whined.
I wasn't taking no for an answer "Chels, you should get up and go because I have the whole day planned for us and you are not going to ruin it."
"Fine, but I'm not guaranteeing anything." She said
It actually didn't take her that long. With CHels, she is always prepared, even on her down days.
It's amazing how she can transform her whole look, but I can always tell the difference.
We started with heading to the beach and that was perfect for her because it was summer and all the boys were out and that lifted her spirits right away.
She was in the zone, her territory and I realized the whole day I had planned was no longer necessary. it was perfect because I had the day to relax. I was about to leave her to have her fun when she stopped me before I could leave. "Where do you think you're going?" She asked stopping me.
"I was going to go relax. You looked like you were having fun and didn't need day I planned." i said.
I must of mad her a little mad but more sad because she had "The Look". (The look is her way of saying she was disappointed, but you're not getting away the easy.) "No, you are not leaving me. You promised me you would spend the day with me." She said.
I really didn't want to spend my day at the beach, but I did promise. "Fine, I did promise you so let's go."
"Yay! Let's meet the guys. They are waiting for us." She said pulling me away.
It was actually was quite fun and chels was having fun and i was happy. Since we got a late start this morning, the day was going by pretty fast and the next thing we knew we had dates that night.
I was kind of resistant but the guy Chels found for me was kind of cute. He had sandy blonde hair and blue eyes (the perfect guy).
I had to change and chels tagged along so she could make sure I didn't ditch. I found the perfect dress and changed my suit to a clean one. (Night swimming is quite fun)
