~Jesy~

I walked out of my warm room. I grew suspicious as I heard my oldest daughter calling my name.

"Mom, Mom! Hurry up!"

"I'm coming!" I shouted back.

After I trotted down the stairs, I quickly walked into the kitchen, wondering what her need was.

She stood with her back to me, drinking from a cold Pepsi can.

I could see her long, cherry red hair straightened down her back.

I smiled to myself and approached her. I put my hand on her shoulder, which caused her to slightly jump, as I walked in front of her.

She handed me the old fashioned phone that our home came equipped with.

I put it to my ear and said, "Hello?"

To my surprise, it was my manger.

"Hello, Jesy, I just wanted to remind you that the next photo shoot is on Thursday." He said with a rich accent.

"Ok, we will be there, thanks."

"Thank you very much, goodbye now."

I said goodbye and with that hung up the phone. I turned to my daughter, Jamie.

She gave me a small smile, as she took another sip of her drink.

"That was Simon, me and the girls have a photo shoot on Thursday." I said.

She nodded and said, "Are we still going to go to the hospital later?"

"Of course we are, I wouldn't want to miss seeing Elena, even if she is not awake." I sighed, and put a hand on her shoulder.

She stood about 3 inches shorter than me. She was adorable.

I knew she was just was big, 14 year old, puppy.

Her cherry red hair, blended perfectly with her sky blue eyes. Her facial features were absolutely stunning. She had high cheekbones, and plump pink lips. Her nose was slender and a perfect length. I was nothing less than proud to call her my daughter, even if I adopted her.

I hugged her as I gave a small smile, letting her know everything was going to be fine.

"How about you go tell the girls that we are gonna go out for dinner, and to get ready, ok?" I asked.

"Ok." She happily replied, and then walked towards the stairs. I sighed again.

Days like these were tough. We would all have a happy moment, we would be laughing, and then we thought of Elena.

All of our laughing would cease, the joke no longer funny. It was as if we couldn't be happy, because Elena wasn't here.

She would have wanted to be the one making everyone laugh in the first place.

I missed her, we all missed her, a lot. We thought about how much we fucked up her life.

We eventually got so depressed that we adopted Jamie.

We treated her like a child should be treated. She also knows everything that happened to Elena.

We couldn't keep it a secret from her, she deserved to know everything.

I remember when the day we told her. We were all gathered around on the couch, after I called for a family meeting.

We told her everything, from the management, to the hate, to us yelling at her, to her running away, to the fight, and to the hardest part, the crash.
