**on pause** Distance Shouldn't Matter

Breakdown~

***Sorry it was kind of a longer wait for this update ;^; ***

As I walked inside my room I noticed I still smelled his cologne on me. I slightly smiled at my thought of him & immediately had butterflies.

My anxiety kept increasing while I was worrying if he'd end up hurting me & just leave me. What if he'd cheat on me? What if he'd find someone better & leave me? What if he's just acting that he likes me? What if he uses me to wait until he finds someone he actually likes? We aren't even dating why am I worrying so much...

I found myself shaking from how much anxiety I let myself go through. As I walk through the valley of the shadow &-- joking, sorry. xD  As I pull my knees to my chest my eyes started watering.

A thought of my ex Travon shot into my mind. Why did he have to do that? What did I do to him? He doesn't even deserve a thought of mine. But he cheated on me with my old best friend.  I caught them inside the act & they just sat & laughed. They apparently have been messing around a few months after we began dating.  I ended up trying to kill myself by overdosing on aspirin but I only lost my hearing for a while & had to be rushed to the ICU.

It seemed like forever until I stopped crying, & when I did, I glanced at my phone.

4 missed calls

No it doesn't seem like a lot but they were all by Colton. I unlocked my phone. I called him back.

"Hello?"

"Yeah what's up?"

"You weren't texting back & you always do & I started to get this weird feeling in my stomach."

"I'm sorry, I was in the shower..."

"For TWO hours? Winter please don't lie. I care a lot about you."

"I'm sorry...I just couldn't hold it in anymore.."

"What did you do? Please tell me you didn't hurt yourself..."

"I didn't I promise. Anxiety just got the best of me again."

"Is it fine if I come over?"

"It's 11 PM...how?"

"Well my parents wouldn't mind, so it's all up to your dad."

"Just don't worry about it, just knock lightly. "

"Alright, i'll be there in 10."

After I heard a few light knocks on my front door I opened it letting him in. Wait, what...?

"I don't remember telling you where I live. How did you know? That's kinda weird."

"Uh...it was for research purposes on why dragons can't get married to hot dogs because the sea isn't purple because unicorns forgot to migrate to South Africa whenever my dog fell down a well upside down to the fresh prince during cartoon network on boomerang while I was playing mario kart & my toe smiled. "

"But...i'm serious...how do you know where I live?"

"You told me a couple days ago whenever we first started talking bruh."

"Oh I forgot, sorry. Let's go to my room."

As I got into my room I noticed it was a mess. My whole stomach dropped & I apologized for it. After a few random conversations about school I had really bad butterflies & I don't know why. 

As I turned my head back to him, I noticed his face was REALLY close to mine. I blushed immediately thinking of kissing him. Before I pulled back, he smashed his lips on mine, causing me to jump from the surprise.

A few seconds after I couldn't stop smiling. I couldn't even say anything. Then he was just sitting on my bed with a huge grin on his face. Not even a second after I leaned forward & kissed him again. His lips were so soft & sweet. 

Before we knew it we ended up making out, guessing for about 5 minutes. My stomach was filled with butterflies. Well, not even butterflies. More like a whole zoo. I felt so happy being here. 

Wait....fack. I forgot about my dad. But now he has me in his arms so comfy & I don't feel like moving. Maybe he won't care...? Oh well, i'm getting tired.
