Morgan's POV
I've been bullied all my life.
Everyday. In fact.
Cause I'm muted.
I can't even take it anymore.
I was on the bus.
With Naomi and Natalie behind me.
"Hey Morgan! Why are your muted?" Natalie screamed
"No, she's deaf too." Naomi said
"Ha! I bet she's faking it." Natalie laughed at her own remark.
I started for paper to write on.
When I found paper.
I wrote on paper: IM NOT FAKING NOW SHUT THE FUCK UP!
The girls read it. Laughing.
We finally stop.
I got off the bus running away
I ran into the janitor closest.
Beginning to cry.
There's a knock
"Are you ok?" I heard a voice
Its a guy. HOLY SHIT... What if he tells?
then the guy open the door. He had blonde hair and a lip piercing.
I grabbed a piece of paper immediately starting to write.
I wrote:I'm sorry but I'm muted
I handed it to him
He read it. Then gave me a hug,
"My friend Ashton he's muted and he gets picked on everyday." Luke explained.
"What's your number so we can communicate better?" Luke asked
I wrote on the same piece of paper that I founded.
He read it as he put the number
In his phone.
I smiled
Then he started thumbing away.
My phone Buzz. I read it.
'You have such an amazing smile, you should smile more often.' He said
'I'll think about it' I respond
Then the bell ring
'You should be in class who you have right now?'
'Mrs. Gerhard'
'I'm taking you there now'
I wanted to scream
'But I cant I get harassed every day' I texted him
'Okay. . I'll stay with you, you're too pretty to get bullied' Luke texted me
'I'll bet your boyfriend loves you.' Luke continued
'I don't have a girlfriend' I texted back
'Oh...' Luke texted back
Is Luke flirting with me?
