INGREDIENTS:1 lb mussels, boiled and half
6-8 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup butter, softened
grated cheese
HOW TO PREPARE BAKED TAHONG:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine butter and garlic.
Arrange mussels in tray covered with foil.
Spread with butter & garlic mix.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.Enjoy!
