Prompt: Phil goes on a trip to Florida with his family, and leaves Dan in charge of his house plants.

Other: Thank my new Instagram friends for telling me to finish fluff first you're lucky :p also sorry if the writing style changes from present and past tense so much .-. and the top four photos are the collage in the photo, and the bottom one is the sweaters dan buys, ignore the fact dan is wearing the same sweater in both photos

The beginning of this was a draft in my phone for a while and I forgot about it until I was like 'wait, didn't I start this before..?' couldn't find it on my computer, searched my phone, and wala!

Saturday Morning

"Are you sure you have everything?" Dan asked Phil as he gathered up his luggage.

"I'm sure, Dan. We checked 3 times." Phil replied, chuckling. Dan had a look on his face that said he was forgetting something. "Dan you know I can't take you or I would." Phil gave his boyfriend a small, sympathetic smile. He stepped towards Dan and placed his free hand on his waist, pulling Dan towards him. Deciding that wasn't enough, he sat his bag down that he was holding and placed his other hand on his waist, then snaked his arms around Dan and pulled him in instead. He placed a small kiss on his cheek then lips.

Dan continued to pout but placed his arms around Phil's neck and kissed him back.

"Oh! I know what I'm forgetting!" Phil said ecstatically and that made Dan jump and look at him questioningly.

"What's that?" Dan asked, stepping back from Phil so he could grab his bags again.

"Don't forget to water my house plants!" Phil smiled a goofy smile and Dan looked at him like he was insane. (im an awkward bean so as i was copying this from my phone waiting on my class i started smiling oops)

"Really, Phil?" Dan started to laugh and went to facepalm. Phil took Dan's hand in his before he could and kissed it gently.

"Of course, you know how much I love my house plants and how much they mean to me!" he laughed lightly. "Almost as much as you do." Phil winked and Dan's knees went weak.

"Phiiiillll don't do thaaaat!" Dan whined. Phil knew what he could do to Dan with just a few little tricks. And even know they've been together for a good 7 years, neither got used to what the other did to make them weak.

A smirk played across Phil's lips. "Unless you want to pleasure me before you're off?" Dan let his famous smirk make an appearance as well, knowing it did the same to Phil as Phil's did to him.

"I would, but if I don't get going I'll be late." Phil sighed and pulled Dan in for another long hug.

Whenever one went off on holiday, they would always say goodbye in their flat instead of outside at the Uber or the underground. It was easier and they didn't get weird looks from some people, usually older. They've also been out for about a year but didn't want to chance running into fans in such a fragile state. Besides, they still don't show much affection on camera or in public, usually just holding hands. Even know they've known each other for 7 years as well, they were still as in love as ever and goodbye's, even for a little bit, were too hard for them.
