•Ellie

"No please Devin, I am not going out there." I told my brother firmly with a pained expression.

"Ellie. Come on this is your birthday party, you have to come out sooner or later." His brow furrowed down in confusion.

"I don't even know these people, they are all from the hospital!" I complained again. If you guessed it, yes it is my birthday today. And yes, you cracked it again, my brother surprised me with a party. I'm not exactly the party type, as you can probably tell.

"Ellie, please Mel has organised this and wants you to have a good time! Please, for me?" He said as he gave me the puppy dog eyes.

"Gosh fine! Your so immature." I said playfully as I got up off my bed room floor and walked towards my door. As i walked past, Deving grabbed hold of my wrist lightly.

"Ellie, please just have fun. Pretty please?"

"What ever you wish, Your King." I pretended to be obediant as I walked out through the hallways of drunks into a sea of people in my Court-yard. If there was one thing I noticed as I walked out into the Court-yard, is that there was boys. I groaned as I shut my eyes and took a deep breath.

'Come on Ellie you can do this.' I told my self as I put on my best smile and walked out into the cluster. I spotted Mel and walked briskly over towards her.

"Mel! How are you?"

"Ellie! I'm sorry, this was Devin's idea. Said he wanted you to be more Socail was it? Oh I'm not sure." She whispered as she pulled me away from her friends.

I bet you this was Devin's idea in the first place. He told me that I 'Need a guy and then I could be happy', instead of go all Big-Brother on me. I mean come on, he couldn't at least be a little normal? Mel was also siding with him, unfortunatly, by saying that I need a boyfriend. I mean, I did have one, eight months ago. It was like living a dream with him. He was amazing. But of course everyone who is amazing is too good to be true. You can tell from the way they ask you out, where they take you and how their eyes sparkle everytime your name is mentioned.

** flash back **

"Come on Ellie, just one date. Please?" He begged with his beautiful blue eyes. He was on his knees. Jake Calso was on his knees holding a dandy-lion from the school football field practically begging for me to go out with him.

I looked around and pretended to be unsure. "I dunno Jake, I mean.."

"Ellie." He said seriously, all the amusment drained out of his expression and he was now completly serious.

"Please."

I looked straight into his eyes as I thought over my options. We were alone in the middle of our school field in summer, which was now filled with dandy lions, buttercups and daisys, the grass long. Was this meant to be or what? Now for those options... Ah screw it, who would say no this?!

"I would love to Jake Calso." I said to him with a smile on my face.

He got up from his knees and brushed the dirt off, took my hands and his and look at me straight in my eyes, famous smirk playing at his lips.

His lips came closer and closer to mine as I closed my eyes, ready for what was coming next, but it never came.

"You won't regret it Eleanor Montenegro." His breathe tickled my ear as his lips barley touched my jaw line. They finally made their way to my lips where I couldn't wait any longer and kissed him first. He easily dominated it, his hands gripping my waist, mine in his hair. We broke apart out of breathe, smiling sheepishly at eachother like this was never going to end.
