CHAPTER 14

New experience

It was pretty quite for a few minutes... It felt a bit awkward for me. Especially because Im not used to being accompanied by a boy. But I was still happy that I was gaining friends, even if its just the three of us, I'm happy.

"How was your walk Linza?"Melissa finally broke the silence making me slightly jump from the sudden surprise of her excited voice.

"It was nice. It made me happy, I had to time to think." I smiled a Melissa.

"So how are you Andy?"Melissa asked with big eyes.

""I'm pretty good. How are you?" He said confidently.

"OMG your voice is so sexy! I love it." Melissa blurted out while stuffing more pizza in her mouth. But I admit. His voice is really sexy.

"Melissa would would please close the window?" I shivered lightly. The gusts of winds made me cold.

"It's broken. I planning on getting a new one tomorrow for us. Sorry... We're stuck with an open window." Melissa said apologetically.

"Here." Andy said lightly. Next thing I new it i was wearing his jacket that was very large on me.

"OHHHHHHHH!" Melissa yelled as she put her hands in the shape of a heart around us.

"Thank you." I blushed while leaning to the side so his arm was around me. I looked up and noticed him smile down at me.

"So, Andy, are you going to Karissa's party to tomorrow?" I asked softly as we finished the pizza.

"Yeah I was invited. I was planning on not going... Until now that is. Will you be my date to the party?" He asked with a happy playful tone. I nodded yes, while giggling softly. I looked at Melissa who was just coming from the bathroom, wearing her newly bought one direction Niall onesie.

"Have you guys kissed yet?" She said with her mouth filled with toothpaste. At the words I blushed a deep red. I've never kissed a guy before...

"No but I'd like too." Andy said as he lifted my chin so we were eye to eye.

"I'll leave you too... I gotta spit..." We both laughed as Melissa disappeared into the bathroom.

"I love you Linza. I hope you know that." He brought me closer to his body.

"I love you too." I whispered. Out of the blue, I found my lips pressed against his. It was a weird, yet felt real good. The second we pulled apart I felt a tingle flow throughout my body. Strangely I didn't feel the kiss on my lips. The feeling was spread all over my body.

Andy and I just sat there for awhile on my bed cuddling, while looking out the window.

"Linza, close your eyes for a sec." Andy said in my ear. So I did as he said.

"What do you see?" He asked.

"I can't see anything." I exclaimed.

"That's what I am without you." He kissed my head softly. I was so happy. Finally my life is getting better. Never I thought it could get this much better. I regret trying to commit suicide. I regret cutting. If I killed myself, it would prevent my life from ever getting better. I'm happy now.

"So why did you run away from your home?" Andy asked while holding me tighter.

"My parents. They would never payed any attention to me. They would do drugs all the time. They'd beat me till I was black and blue. I needed to escape." I began to cry.

"I'm sorry... Just know that I'm here for you now. I won't let anyone hurt you. Not now not ever. Well I got to go. My mom wants me home sometime tonight." He smiled, kissed my cheek, then left the room. Seeing him walk home by the river, moon shining perfectly. I felt like was living a fantasy.

After awhile of hearing Melissa's snoring, I decided I'd finally text him.

Linza- 'Hey Andy!'

Andy- 'hey, wassup?"

Linza- 'Not much really.'

Andy- 'cool? Lol'

Linza- 'you know that was my first kiss right?'

Andy- 'I won't deny it but it was my first kiss as well'

I lied in my bed with a huge smile on my face.

Andy- 'And I have to say I enjoyed it, but it left me with a funny feeling on my way home. I actually still pretty funny right now.'

Linza- 'I have that weird tingly feeling too. But I truly enjoyed our first kiss, together. Lol'

Andy- 'well I got to go to be now.'

Linza- 'okie Andy'

Andy- 'I love you <3'

Linza- 'I love you too <3 <3'

I turned of my phone, feeling my face go red. The night was so beautiful. So many stars her at the factory. I barley see them down at my old house. I never really got to see the beauty of a star filled sky like this. I felt like nothing can go wrong in my life ever again. For here was no rain streaming down my cheeks. Now there is sun shine bright across my face. Tomorrow ill go to the party. I won't feel scared. I won't want to hid. Not now, not again.
