It has been three long years and now it is the last term of Reece being the Student council president. It was hard, Reece admits it but he loved the job so much that all the hardship that he encountered was pushed back.

It was a whim actually on his part to run for the presidency when he is only a freshman but he wanted it. Sure he was not confident about this at first but when he passes his certificate of candidacy to a shocked teacher at the admin office it gave him the final decision that he will run.

Reece wanted to have a legacy in his new high school. He wanted something that his juniors will remember even though he already graduated. He wanted to contribute something unlike what he did in his middle school where time just past with him doing nothing.

He worked really hard on the campaign. Everyone is encouraging him to just back down because he is running against some seniors and he won't have any chance of winning but he didn't give up. He sleeps late at night doing his campaign objectives, speeches and posters together with studying. He wanted to win but he also doesn't want his grades to be forgotten and be the reason why he was disqualified for running being president.

Everyone was amazed at what he was doing. They knew that he didn't have anyone to help him with the campaigns, unlike the other seniors who had a party list while he is an independent candidate but all his campaign materials were made to perfection that even his competition is getting a little bit antsy about him.

Then the meeting de avance came and Reece overthrew his competitors' speeches with his well thought out speech. He defines what he wanted to do to the school - his visions about events, his revisions of the rules, his plans for the student body and all the things that are concerning the student body - all of that were said during the meeting.

Saying that he was shocked was an understatement when most of the students and teachers stood up and gave his speech a standing ovation.

It didn't come out as a surprise when he won the election. Reece was the youngest president of the student council ever voted in his school and for that he was proud.

From then on he didn't disappoint the students. He did all that he promised in his speech. He was strict but fair when it comes to rules and the events that the council organizes were all a success. Even the teachers sometimes come to Reece to get some advice when it concerns the students. His reputation grew and all that he did was acknowledged all over the school and sometimes all over the city. All freshmen that came in their school instantly knew what he did and admired his success.

Since then in every student council election, no one ever tried to run against him for the position of being president. All the elected council members all looked up to him for support and guidance and he gladly gave them that.

Reece's life as a student council president was smooth sailing well until Rushmore transferred to Hiddenville High.

Rushmore is a sophomore transferee from California. He instantly became popular because of his skills in swimming. He became the captain of the swim team only three months after he transferred because of his talent.

It is not that Reece had direct contact with Rushmore but since they were the student council they still have responsibilities and authority over the clubs in their school. The captain or presidents of each club needed to submit reports to the council. It consists of everything that is happening or plans of the club so that the council can track if there is any problem in a club or if they need anything.
