Chapter 14: The Plan

It has been a day since we came back. I've already taken the time to say hi to everyone.

I went over to the jail. Fenrir still had the restraint.

"I'm very sorry Fenrir." I said. He looked at me.

"They're gonna come looming for me you now?" He said.

"I know. I'll make sure to write Ylva a letter.

One of the guards was there watching me talk to him.

I wrote a letter to Ylva. I hope she comes.

I found Laurance on the way out.

"Oh, Lady Aphmau. Good morning." He said.

"Hey Laurance. How did you sleep?" I asked him.

"Very good. Umm, Aphmau can I ask you something?"

"Um, of course."

"I don't think you would know much, or anything about it, mainly since you were out cold for most of my fight with Fenrir, but whem Vylad turned into a Shadow Knight, he was still having trouble killing the werewolves. I was cutting right through them, like I also did at the wedding."

Oh right. What Vincent told me.

"Umm, I have no idea. I'm sorry." I told him. I hope he believes me.

"Oh. Well, I guess I kinda expected you not to know."

"Yeah. Come on, let's get to the meeting.

Zoey decided to come. I was surprised about how quick that bird travelled. Phoenix Drop isn't very far from here so she'll be here in no time.

I was talking with Lucinda, catching up in a few more things.

"Lucinda, I need to ask you something. When I told you about your mother, you didn't-"

She cut me off.

"Listen Aphmau, there's a lot of stuff that happened between us. I really don't want to talk about it." She said. Her tone got sadder.

"I-I'm sorry." I said.

Once Zoey came we all gathered in the guard tower. Laurance, Vylad, Travis, Kenmur, Emmalyn, Aaron, Lucinda, Katelyn, And Zoey.

Emmalyn:Alright. Me and Zoey have pieced together what we know. We've made a list of the materials we need.

Vylad: How many stuff is there?

Emmalyn: Eh, 16. And we've already got 2 of them.

Aphmau: What about the whole sacrifice thing?

Vylad looked down. I knew what he was thinking.

Zoey: Let's cross that bridge once we get to it.

They showed all of us the list. There was a lot of weird names. I didn't even know what half of that stuff was.

We split everything up as equal as we could. I got some weird dust and a flower. I was so excited to that we were getting Garroth back.
