worst Year of My Life: Maddy and Simon Amore

Prolouge

I give this to God, for I couldn't do this without Him. He is my Strength, my Everything!!

"Come on Virg!" shouted a young boy of the age of fourteen. He and his friends were now running across the grounds of the NASA headquarters. 

"I just don't get it," said a taller, older boy with blond hair. "If we work at Nasa now, then why do we have to break in? The first boy turned to his two friends who were seriously lagging behind.

"Because I discovered something that's top secret, and I want to figure it out before presenting it to NASA." The tall, blond boy finally caught up to his younger friend.

"Well, what is it?" The first boy looked at him.

"Well, remember how I cracked time travel?" The second boy sighed.

"Oh no Charlie, not this again!!" Charlie looked at his friend. 

"I think I can fix it, Virg" he said simply. The second boy sighed again, clearly frustrated. Well, wouldn't you be if the last time of messing with time travel didn't go so well. A third boy who was taller than the second, and had dark brown hair lightly touched his friends shoulder.

"Hang on Virgil, let's just see Charlie can do," Virgil turned to him and sighed. 

"Fine, but this better not almost destroy the world again." Charlie nodded and the three boys finally reached a small white building. Charlie pulled out his I.D and swiped it causing a door to open.

"Besides, we do have keys, so it's not like we're breaking in or anything," Charlie said. The three boys entered the building and Charlie set to work on his computer. After hours and hours of typing furiously on the keyboard, Charlie pressed one last button. There was suddenly a minor shake across the building. 

"Okay, what just happened?" A confused Virgil asked. Charlie looked at his research in complete horror.

"Charlie?" The third boy asked. Charlie turned to his friends Virgil and Zeke. His eyes were wide.

"I think I just sent a wave of temporal loops all around the world," he explained with panic clear in his voice. The other two boys looked very confused so he went into further detail. 

"This wave may just cause cracks in time, thus causing who knows how many people to repeat random periods in their life." Both Virgil and Zeke took on panicked looks, and shouted

"What?!!!!" 

About a few months later, in January, that same wave reached a Alex King in Australia, causing him to repeat the entire fourteenth year of his life.
