High school. The worst things that can ever happen to a kid usually happen there. You can get beaten up, someone can steal your lunch money. Anything can happen in High school. But what you don't see everyday, is what happened to me.
I was sitting in 2nd hour. History. History is my absolute least favorite out of all my classes. Even over speech. And trust me, I hate speech class.
So, I might have forgotten to tell you. I'm a genius. I'm not a geek or a nerd. I'm just really smart. So smart, I skipped 3 grades after 8th grade. I'm a Junior now and I'm 14 years-old. Everyone knows who I am. I am the most popular kid in the U.S. Not just for smarts, but for basketball too.
I am the 2nd best player in the U.S behind Walt Fret. He is my rival. We were in the same class from kindergarten till last year. We were best friends too. Until last year when I accidentally almost knocked him over the ledge at the Grand Canyon. But anyway, that's another story for a different day.
So, back to 2nd hour, History. The teacher, Ms. Kilt, was teaching about the Battle at Bunker Hill. I wasn't really listening because someone threw a balled up piece of paper at me. I threw it back. Then he threw it back at me. I got this funny feeling that there was something written on it. I read.
This is what it said " To: Caleb Fly- This is the CIA. We have this building surrounded. We are not leaving without you. If you do not come out in 5 minutes, we will come in there and get you ourselves. You don't want us to do that. From: Freeze Gerald (CIA)"
