The Love of Shadows ( fluff version)

Your pov

As Rouge tosses me on the bed I giggle, with a smile he closes the door and hurries back over to the bed to join me. Without a word he kisses me passionately, my hands wind their way into his hair and his hands are in mine. Pulling away I look into his eyes and kiss his nose. " I love you Rouge Cheney I hope you know that" I can feel the blush coming to my cheeks. " I love you too (y/n) and I hope you know that you better not scare me like that again. Your not allowed to get hurt anymore." He says with a pout. " Well since I am fine now I have a really good idea." I say trying to keep the mischief out of my voice. " oh? And whats this really good idea?" He looks at me with the cutest expression ever, huge puppy dog eyes and a smirk. I hop off the bed and grab a pillow and throw it at him with a laugh. " pillow fight!"

Rouges pov

Thwack! I just got hit with a soft poofy pillow. " pillow fight!" I can hear her giggling and I decide why not have some real fun. " You think this is funny?" I say trying to sound angry. She buys it and her face drops a bit. " I'll show you whats funny" still sounding serouis I get up and walk over to her and push her back onto the bed, I jump back on the bed and start a tickle attack. " Tickle attack!!" I laugh and I see her eyes light up again. Her laughter is endless as i attack her sides with my hands and her neck with kisses. I take a break to let her catch her breath...big mistake. She is instantly up and attacking me! I start to laugh as she finds my weak spots and I start squirming around.

Your pov

" gah! Stop squirming and let me tickle you!" I say with a laugh. " thats it!" And with a thud he rolls onto the floor and laughs as he catches his breath on the floor. " your such a goof you know" I say to him quietly with a smile on my face. " well I'm your goof now" and he pulls me down onto the floor with him. He pushes my hair out of my face and kisses my lips quickly. " you know you really are beautiful and sweet and cute and everything thats good." I feel my face starting to get red and I kiss him to make him stop cooing over me. " I want to be yours forever Rouge. Nothing will change that. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I can't imagine a life with out you." I quietly say back to him slightly stuttering.

Rouges pov

I cant believe I actually found someone like her and that she wants me as much as I want her, I think to myself as I pull her into a tight hug. I kiss her nose and say" I have an idea, lets get into pjs and make something to eat and turn on a cheesy lovey dovey movie that I can ignore to stare at you. How does that sound?" I get up and pull her up with me. " that sounds like a perfect night to me" she says and walks over to the dresser grabbing some clothes out of it and heading to the bathroom. I put on a pair of sweat pants and a tshirt and sit on the bed, I almost fall off when she comes out of the bathroom. All she is wearing is one of my tshirts! Her hair is up in a bun and she walks over to me.

Your pov

I dont have any pjs here so I just grabbed one of Rouges shirts, hopfully he doesnt mind I think to myself. Shrugging at the thought, I throw my hair up in a quick bun and walk out of the bathroom. When I look up Rouge looks like he is falling off the bed. " i hope you don't mind, I forgot to get clothes before coming here so Im gonna borrow this." I say between giggles as he keeps staring at me.
" I deffinitly wont let anyone else have you. Your mine" he says in a sexy deep voice. " of course Im all yours." I say in a sultry tone back to him. He kisses me but this time its different, more full of want and...need? He picks me up and sets me on the dresser so I am looking at him eye to eye. Moving from my mouth he kisses down my jaw and neck, kissing and sucking at my skin. Suddenly he bites down hard enough to break skin but there is no pain just a warm feeling. When he lets go I put my hand to my neck and feel the scales that he left behind. He marked me! I think happily to myself, and without a second thought I bite his neck and mark him with my purple scales. " there, now I am only yours and your only mine" I give him a kiss on the cheek. " Thats the only way I want it to be." He says as he lifts me off the dresser.

Rouges pov

After we marked eachother we went and made some food and watched a cheesy movie. Its starting to get late I realize so I pick up the already sleeping (y/n) and carry her into the bedroom. I lay her down and lay down beside her, almost instantly she rolls over to cuddle into my chest to sleep. "How did a guy like me wver get lucky enough to find someone like you.....i love you" I say quietly, I see her smile slightly in her sleep. I lay my head down and close my eyes and for the first time in a long time I fall asleep right away, and with her in my arms my dreams go unnoticed. She really is my soulmate.
