After two days of intense interrogation, Rey was now accompanied by a storm trooper, who would undo her restraints when needed for bathroom purposes.
As Rey debated to use one of her four daily breaks, an idea sprung.
"Restroom." She said flatly.
The storm trooper walked over to the metal chair, undid her restraints and started to escort her to the restroom chamber.
Quickly Rey screamed to create a distraction.
While the storm trooper turned around to see what she was screaming at, she kicked him in the back and hit him over the head, rendering him unconscious.
Rey ran to the door, but unfortunately her scream was heard by Kylo and he felt desperate to check on her.
Right as she attempted to open the heavy, metal doors, Kylo already did.
Why is he here? Rey thought. She wondered, did he actually care enough about her to check?
Kylo seeing the damage she had done became furious.
He raised her off the ground and controlled her with the force.
He sent her soaring into his hand.
He began choking Rey when Rey felt something odd.
She suddenly became capable to enter Kylo's mind.
Darth Vader. She suddenly thought if a few days ago when she felt him being afraid.
This is his weakness. This is what he is a afraid of.
"You're afraid," Rey squealed while the air was exiting her body.
"That you will never be as strong as Darth Vader!"
Kylo felt nauseous, confused, and angry.
He let go of Rey as she ran out the door.
She kept running and running, even after she heard sirens go off, lasers fire, and footsteps behind her.
She ran down a corridor to find Finn, Han, Chewbacca, and BB-8.
"Rey!" Finn exclaimed. Happy to see her, he hugged her a hard as he could as they began to run.
Why didn't I like that as much as I used to? Rey thought.
A thought wondered into her head that terrified her.
Was she falling for Kylo?
She may have escaped Kylo now, but she would encounter him again soon.
