TIMOTEO'S POV
I was about to kissed Hanna when I heard a broken glass shattered on my marbled floor. I look at it, it was a bottle of wine. Then I saw the culprit!
MISS SUE.
I stood up and sit to my chair. "Get out Miss Wright. I don't need you anymore and next time don't be late!" She stood and nodded sullenly before walking out the door.
I look at Miss Sue. "So what are your business there at the back of my wine cellar Miss Sue. May I assume it is about gossiping on who is my current mistress? Perhaps you wanted to sell this piece of information to the media?" I saw this things happen a lot of time. But mostly, its my past mistresses that sold all the information that the media are posting everywhere in their newspapers. Perhaps this woman is like them, or like Hanna-- cunning!
She gaped at me.
"What?! Cat got your tongue Miss Sue?" I snapped.
She went out of her hiding place and stood near the sofa. She began dusting off herself.
This woman is getting on my nerves!
"What! Speak! I don't want to hear lame excuses!" I shouted at her.
She looked up at me. She looked at me like I'm her slave. Not again.
"Well since you don't want to hear any lame excuses. I'm going back to my desk now. Sorry for the wine Mr. Tim. I'm going to pay it on my salary. Good day sir" she snapped at me before going out. I heard her muttered "men" before finally closing the door.
It is my turn to gaped. I cannot fathom where did she get her mountain of courage to snapped and walk out on me. I laughed. I wanted to slam something for her insolence but then my frustration made me laughed so hard.
Should I make her pay for it? Well I'll bid my time. Someday, she'll be useful to me.
My phone rang. I answered it without looking. "Timoteo speaking"
"I'm glad you've finally answered my call Timoteo"
"Aleia, hi. How are you dearest cousin? I'm sorry I've been busy this whole day" I apologized.
"So it seems Timoteo. I will not be working for you anymore Timoteo. He forced me to resign"
"Its alright Aleia. I have found your replacement"
"Wow! That fast?!"
"I knew you will soon resign. Because the man you've married doesn't want her wife to be working"
"Thank you Timoteo. I'm glad you understand. I'm hanging up now. Say my regards to Tito Luke and Tita Lea"
"I will. Take care"
"Yes. Take care too"
I can't help smiling. I'm glad Aleia finally tied the knot with someone who love her just as much as we members in the Arace Clan love her.
