This can't be happening (A Scotty McCreery FanFic)

"Hurry up Zoey, we are going to be late!", my older sister Kaitlyn shouted. We were getting ready to go to a Scotty McCreery concert. I grew up watching american idol my whole life, and when Scotty came along I knew he was going to win the whole thing. I had this major crush on Scotty since day one of his audition. This was my first concert I was going to, and I got front row tickets right in the middle. I was so excited.

I went downstairs to meet my sister in the car to go to the concert. I was wearing my Scotty McCreery baseball shirt, jean shorts, and my new cowgirl boots, with my hair up in a braid. I lived in South Carolina, so I had country blood in me. I always wanted to travel up to Garner North Carolina, but it was way to far from where I lived. When I got to the car my sister was already blaring Scotty's cd Clear As Day, that was my favorite cd of all time. We started singing together when we pulled out of the driveway, we were singing The Trouble With Girls. I was watching the cars go pass us, singing along to the cd and thinking about Scotty, when Kaitlyn chimed into my thoughts.

Kaitlyn: "Zoey, what are you staring at?"

Zoey: "Oh nothing.."

Kaitlyn:" You're daydreaming over Scotty aren't you?, He will never date you so stop wasting your time."

I felt my face get really hot, and my sister started laughing at me and called me Scotty Blusher. I just couldn't control my emotions, Scotty just had everything I looked for in a guy. He has that country boy charm, those blue eyes, that pearly white smile, the brown hair, the amazing deep voice when he sings,and he plays baseball and goes to church. Everything about that boy just does something to me.

We finally got to the concert, and it was packed. It took us about half an hour to actually get to our seats. My sister let me get the seat right in the middle. I was like so excited. I saw Scotty's drums and was staring at them, thinking about him.

Kaitlyn:"Zoey you are way to in love with that boy!! You will see him soon!"

* I started to blush a little

Zoey: "I do love him, stop making me blush!"

Kaitlyn just started to burst out laughing. About ten minutes later the lights went out, and the stage lit up. The crowd started shouting: Scotty the Hottie! Over and over again, I joined in with them. All of a sudden a video came on to introduce the boy of my dreams and he came out singing See you tonight. My heart just dropped when I saw him. He looked down at me when I waved to him, and he smiled and waved back. I love that boy so much, he's just so amazing.

The concert went on. He talked about his Idol excperience, sang more of his songs and finally it happened. Durning the song Water Tower Town, I had my hand up and he grabbed it. I started blushing so bad, and I think he noticed because he smiled. My heart skipped a beat. Kaitlyn looked at me and was laughing.

Kaitlyn: "Zoe, you are blushing so bad right now!!"

Zoey: "I know! I can't help it, his touch is just so nice... I am in love with him!"

Kaitlyn: "Hahaha!!! He saw you blushing."

Zoey:" I know that's the bad part..."

We started laughing and continued listening to the man of my dreams, the man that every girl wanted to marry. He stopped singing and started talking to the crowd.

Scotty: "Hey y'all, I love this crowd, you guys are amazing. Right now I'm going to choose someone to come on stage with me."

I couldn't believe it... It was my chance! I just sat there staring into those blue eyes and smiled. He looked down at me with a huge smile. I knew it was me he was choosing, but I doubted it.
