Dan and Phil have been living and filming with each other for years now and Daniel finally developed the courage to come out of the closet as bisexual to his audience, but he couldn't muster up the bravery to tell his best Friend, for he might ruin the relationship.
Daniel told Philip that he had to leave the room while he "made a video for his channel"
Dan and phil always knew #PHAN was a thing made up by their fans. They knew their fans shipped each other. But Dan thought it was the time to get his true feelings off his chest as Phil left the room to make some cereal in the kitchen.
As Dan set up the camera near his bed and sat on it, reviewing over what he should say, he thought to himself,I trust them not to tell Phil, and he started.
"Hello, what's up guys, you may be wondering by the title of this video of it's really true. Well, it is true."
And right as Dan tells the camera, Phil walks in cause he forgot his phone.
"I'm bisexual." Dan says to the camera, not noticing Phil behind him until it was too late and he could see him in the camera screen. But it was all too late.
" You're Bi?" Phil says surprised
Shit. Dan thought as he predicts how his reaction is going to be.
"Phil, I swear, I was going to tell you but I thought you would think that it would ruin the friendship we have." Dan said getting up to turn off the camera. Phil walked up quickly to stop him and to keep it on.
"It's okay, i am too." He pauses "I want our fans to see this as soon as possible." Phil takes Dan's hands and sets him down on the bed. Dan is so confused.
Phil took a deep breath. Looks deep into Dan's eyes. Then lets it all out.
"I didn't think I'd be with a guy ever before in my life but then I met you. We moved in together as friends but the more time I'm with you, the more I fall in love." Phil pauses. "Phil, I-"Dan says. "Dan, everyone says how perfect we are together and already assume we are dating and all I want is to say 'yes we are a couple' but you always go ahead and say 'no no no we are not a couple' and that really breaks me. So I guess the big question is... Do you love me the same way?" Phil finishes.
Dan looks at the camera that he forgot was still on and looks back at Phil. Dan gazed into his eyes, blue enough to swim in. He looked down at their hand which where intertwined with Phil's. Dan started to think and think, his emotions got all jumbled up and he did the first thing that came to mind.
A passionate kiss.
That kiss was long and beautiful.
Once they let go there was a pause and then
"So was that a yes?" Phil asked.
Dan happily rolled his eyes.
"Yes, Phil, I do love you the same way." He says laughing.
Phil smiled
