Chapter 2

     I started to cry and sob."Wh-why a-anybody w-want to do th-that ?" he asked with a hint of fear in his weak voice. Atemu stroked his messy and dirty hair doing his best to calm the sad little one down "I don't know Yugi , I don't know" that the only answered that Atemu could said "I-I'm all a-alone" Yugi rambled.

     "M-my brother , h-he's gone with n-no trace when I-I was a kid" he said as inside his mind remembering his older brother who one day just gone like that , no one saw him. Just like his older brother was taken by the God itself.

     "M-my G-grandpa.H-he died be-because of the h-heart attack two y-years ago" then Yugi started to cry harder. "The oxygen mask seems uncomfortable for you. Do you want to take it off ?" Atemu asked and Yugi nodded.

     Gently , Atemu removed the green mask that attached with tubes from Yugi's face and  placed it on the table beside the bed."Is it more comfortable now ?" Atemu asked and Yugi's cry started to abated a little bit. He nodded.

     Minutes flew with sobs filled the room and Atemu just looked at Yugi sadly giving him time to calm down.Then his cry came to an end , his eyes was now red puffy and his cheeks were wet "Feel better a little bit ?" Atemu asked as he hold Yugi's hand in his gentle yet strong grip.

     "Yes , I-I am. Thank you Mr.Sennen" Yugi said and wiped his cheeks dry with his right hands "S-so what will happen to me ?" Yugi asked and looked pleadingly to Atemu "You will be up for adoption because as you said you don't have any other family" Atemu explained.

     Yugi looked away feeling horrible with the option but , he have no other choice but to follow. "You know , everyday there are at least one agent adopt an underage child that have no parents" Atemu said and he started to rubbed Yugi's hand in circle with his thumb

     "And I always wonder , will I have the chance to do that ?" he continued to spoke and a smile lit up his tan strong face that framed with the golden bangs "And now , the chance is here and I'm ready to take it" he said making Yugi immediately looked at him in high hope.

     "Y-you mean y-you want..." Yugi said in low voice. Atemu nodded "I want to adopt you since my fiance and I want to have a kid" he reasoned himself. Yugi couldn't be more happier that day.

     A wide smile painted his sad and dull face "Thank you! Thank you so much!" Yugi said in excitement then thoughts about he won't be adopted by anyone gone in seconds. "But you don't mind right my fiance is also a man ?" Atemu questioned 

     Yugi shook his head "I don't mind , I myself is bisexual" he said with a little smile "Your fiance , he must be a lovely man" Yugi commented.

     "Yes indeed.You remind me of my fiance , you two looks exactly the same except for the skin tone" Atemu mentioned "Pretty mind blowing for me" Yugi grinned making Atemu chuckled "You're right there. I never know one person can almost look similiar with another" he said.

     A moment after Atemu said that  a ringtone can be heard by both people in the room , Atemu let go of Yugi's hand and fished out his phone from his dark blue jeans pocket "Excuse me for awhile Yugi" he said and I nodded. He picked up the call and walked out from the room leaving Yugi all alone with his thoughts.

     "Mom , Dad where are you now ? I want to see you two again. I need you , I love you" he uttered , inside his heart he pray that his parents are alright , alive and well. He prayed that he can meet his parents again.

     The door opened then closed "Sorry Yugi , it's my brother he calling me where am I" he said and he went back to his previous position "You have a brother ?" Yugi asked in curiosity "Yes I have one , how old are you Yugi ?"

     "I'm 14 and I'm going to turn to 15 in June 4th" he said "My brother is 16 years old , seems like he will get a new companian" Atemu said and Yugi smiled back "I hope he like me" Yugi said and Atemu chuckled "You will get along just fine with him as long as you don't get to his dark side" he assured Yugi
