"Kerry!" Frankie yelled in my ear as he shook me awake. I sat up really fast and accidently hit our foreheads together.

"Ow," I moaned tiredly and rolled off my bed and onto my floor. "Ouch!" I said at the impact. Why do floors have to be so hard and cold?? I got on my hands and knees and looked around for the bastard that had awoken me.

They were so going to pay!

"Kerry! Get dressed! We're going to be late for school!" Frankie yelled again and threw me a pair of jeans.

"Screw school," I said and threw the jeans back across the room. I yawned and crawled back to the warm covers of my bed. I felt them yanked off and I was picked up by my waist.

"Get the fuck up!" He grunted and threw me into my bath tub that had cold water running from the faucet. I gasped from the shock and jumped back out, ready to kick some major booty, but Frankie had ran downstairs. I walked back to my room and began getting dressed.

I put on a pair of neon orange skinny jeans with a black t-shirt. I went back into the bathroom and straightened my bangs and put on my usual make up. I heard Frankie yelling at me from downstairs to hurry it up so I decided on a pair of black flats. Flats are a girls savior for when she's too lazy to lace up shoes.

When I got downstairs Frankie threw me a granola bar and we ran out the door and jumped in the car. I barely had time to close my door before he sped off. Why on earth are we in such a hurry anyway? It's just school. Not like it's going anyhere.

            "So, why are we rushing?"

"Because if I'm late one more time I'll get expelled. Do you understand now?" He asked and swerved around a corner drifting slightly into the other lane. I gripped onto my seat belt and the door, bracing myself.

"Understood, but could we maybe not crash?" I asked shakily as we sped by a mini van. " It might be better if I just don't look. I covered my eyes with my hands, but ended up peeking through my fingers.

"We have five minutes to get there on what should be a ten minute drive, no promises." He laughed crazily and sped up even faster.

Frankie and I raced into our first period class and dove for our desks right as the bell rang. I was laying across the top of my desk and Frankie was perched precariously at the top of his chair. We looked at our teacher expectantly.

"And you are...on time!" She announced and we exploded into cheers. We even did a running chest bump. A couple people in the class cheered along with us, but everyone else just ignored us. Ally and Liz, who were also in the class, cheered the loudest.

Liz and Ally passed us notes throughout the class asking here we were and what happened to make us so late. I swear when Frankie saw the last note that said 'I love you!' he looked like he was going to die with happiness, but then he realized that the note was for me and he sunk down into his chair trying to hide his blush.

The class continued on without anything interesting happening and when the bell rang we all filed out with everyone else. I saw Dan waiting outside the door and I walked up to him and planted a kiss on his lips. He just smiled.

"So where were you this morning?" He asked. "I tried to get the bus driver to wait but he said he didn't have time."

"No worries, Frankie ended up staying the night again and gave me a ride to school."

I saw something pass by on his face, but he didn't want to talk about it so I just left it alone. The warning bell for our next class to start rang so we started walking down the hall to our next class. As we were walking though I felt some sort of force push me away from Dan and straight into the lockers.

"Mr. Ingle!" I yelled and tried, unsucessfully I might add, to push him back, but he had already succeeded in shoving me into a locker. He laughed and walked away really fast. Mr. Ingle and I had a special relationship. Ever since Freashman year when he was the first teacher to actually let me just leave his class when I was done I had loved him, and he tollerated my shenanigans. I pushed him back as hard as I could and he accidently fell into the principal.

"Run!" I grabbed Dan's hand and pulled him down teh hallway to our class while Mr. Ingle tried to chase after us. I ran into our class just as the bell rang and stuck my tongue out at Mr. Ingle because he had a class to teach and couldn't be late.

We walked to our seats and I saw Hood Gu- Er I mean- Austin sitting next to me. Guess I just never noticed he sat so close. I smiled at him and he gave me a little wave. I felt my hand getting squeezed as I started walking over to talk to him. It got increasingly more painful the closer we got and finally I turned to Dan when I had had enough of him crushing my hand like a woman giving birth.

"What is your problem today?" I asked rather annoyed with how he was acting. I pulled my hand away from his as I sat down and I kept it in my lap.

"Nothing," He mumbled and turned away from me. Fine. If he was going to ignore me then I could do that right back.

I guess I'll actually be paying attention in class today....

Then a little note appeared at the end of my desk. I opened it and saw it was from Austin. Dan stiffened next to me, and I got even more angry.

I'm going to mess with him.
