Chapter 4 - Years Later

(Just so you know Autumn died 3 years ago it talks about that soon)

"Kaitou wake up" Moon said "Kaitou!" She yelled "Huh?" He said as he yawned "Come on we are about to leave." She said "Alright i'm coming.". Kaitou stood up and followed Moon outside where Crystal was waiting. "Ready guys?" Crystal asked "Yea." Kaitou said "Alright lets go." Kaitou and Moon followed Crystal away from the den into the forest and into the mountains. The wind was blowing really hard making the snow blow everywhere. It was hard to see where they were going but the continued to go straight. They finally found a small cave to sleep in for the night. "Okay we will rest here for the night and continue in the morning." Crystal said "You guys hungry?" She asked "A little" Moon said "Alright wait here." "I'm coming with you." Moon said "Kaitou stay here and guard the cave." Kaitou sighed "Fine." He said. Moon and crystal walked out of the den to search for some food.

"See anything!" Moon yelled "No!" Crystal said "Wait!" Moon yelled "Over here...I-I think i found something.". Moon walked over to the hole where the rabbits were hiding in. "Its empty!" She yelled. The wind started to blow harder. Making it harder to see. "We should get back to the cave!" Crystal yelled "Okay this way!" They started walking the way that they hoped was the way they came from. "See anything!" Crystal asked "No...But i think i see som..."Suddenly Moon stopped "Some what?" Crystal asked "Moon?" Crystal stopped and looked around and Moon was nowhere to be seen. "Moon!" She yelled. She heard snow and small rocks falling. She looked down and saw that they were on the edge of a cliff. The cliff had a small smooth slide like shape and the top but it stopped at the bottom and dropped down for miles. Crystal noticed that Moon was on the edge of the drop off."Moon!" She yelled "Moon are you okay?" "I...I think so." She said. She stood up slowly and the whole edge of the cliff started to crack. "Don't move!" Crystal yelled. Crystal started running down there slowly. "Stay there I'm going to try to  grab on to your neck and pull you back." The ice started to crack more. Crystal got closer but was very careful. "Okay ready?" She said "Y...Yea." The ice cracked more and as almost open to break off with Moon on it. "Okay on 3" She said Crystal started counting "One..." The ice was cracking a lot faster. "Two..." The Ice cracked more and then broke off and started to fall. "Three!" Crystal yelled really fast as she ran a little closer and grabbed moon by the neck with her mouth. The block of ice fell and disappeared into the fog. Crystal walked back up away from the cliff and sat Moon down. "You...You okay?" Crystal asked out of breath. "Yea." She said "Okay lets get back to the cave." Crystal said. They got up and started walking the other way.

Moon and Crystal walked into the cave where Kaitou was sleeping. "He fell asleep when he was suppose to be guarding..." Moon said "Well no food tonight. Sorry." "Thats okay we can hunt more in the morning." "Goodnight." She said "Night." Moon replied. Moon laid her head on her paws and fell asleep. "When Crystal woke up she peeked her head out of the cave. The snow had stopped and the sky was very clear. "Okay guys wake up." "Time to move!" She yelled Kaitou woke up stretched. "Moon...wake up." He said softly but Moon laid still "Moon wake up" Kaitou sighed and walked over to her tail. "Moon wake up!" He yelled and bit her tail. Moon jumped up and kicked Kaitou in the face. "Why did you do that!" She yelled "Because you did not wake up the first two times i said your name" Kaitou answered. "Guys ready?" Crystal asked "Yea." Moon said. They all walked out of the cave and started heading north. "So where are we going?" Kaitou asked "Somewhere safe...Where Fear and Fang will never find you." She said "Will there be other wolves there?" Moon asked "Maybe."They walked up and down huge mountains and crossed ice cold rivers. It took 4 hours to get out of the mountains. "We have been...walking for...ever!" Kaitou thought "Almost there guys." Crystal said "Its just over this hill." Kaitou and Moon followed Crystal up the huge hill. "Almost...there." Crystal said. They finally reached the top of the hill and on the other side was a lot of other wolves.
