Vincent's POV !

Chapter 60:

After taking off from home and stopping to see Vanessa and finding out she mated to a dike, I left and wanted to become stronger .

I was with these guys from other packs who were strong and called themselves rouge's they said it meant to packs weak wolves that get left behind.
So I guess I'm a rouge .

We walked around the streets of town as the guys messed with girls and there boyfriends getting pissed at them. I drank my beer and minded my own business.

A older came walking up to me with her arms folded.
"Why aren't you being all weird and flirty like your friends"

I stared at her seeing Vanessa in her.

"Because. Do I need a reason " I asked her.

She shrugged and sat next to me as I ignored her taking a sip of my beer.
"You seem different from them" she said

I ignored her and enjoyed my drink. Stupid humans are annoying and nosy.

"So tell me wanna get outta-

"No" I said and walked away making her curse at me and move on to the next. Wench.

My pale Nico wrapped his arm around me.
"Loosen up"

"Easy for you to say" I laughed .

He gave me another beer as I took it taking a sip of it.

"Mates suck"

"Yep" he said as we walked by the other's killing the females as they screamed .
Nothing fazed me anymore . I turned my emotions off. Making me immune to everything dying and sad around me.

I watched as they tore them up one by one .

"So did you hear the boss has a new mission for us, but won't give us details till later."

"Wonder what it is?"

"Me too" he sighed .

We walked by stores as I noticed a necklace and stopped. My mother popped into my head as I glared at it and broke the glass making the alarm
Go off. I grabbed it stuffing it into my coat pocket .

Nico said nothing as he rapped a song and minded his own problems .

I looked at the necklace . It was blue my mother 's eyes were blue as well as Vanessa's. I smiled thinking of her but stopped as her mate popped into my head.

One day I'll kill her and Vanessa will come running back to me. How could my sister be so dumb? No clue.

We walked along the streets as the rest of the gang caught up, we ran into the alley as the cops ran down the street and stopped. Vikki and the pack were in the woods looking at the scene her eyes caught mine as she looked at me with anger.

I smirked lightly and walked down the alley with the gang .

"Stop." She said as I stopped and said nothing .

"W-What are you doing !" She yelled .

"Alpha." Lark said holding her back . They guys laughed and watched what was going on.

"Go" I warned .

"Your mother and pack are waiting your arrival , come back -

"No." I flat out said .

"Vincent.. Turn it back on"

"I did things , I hurt mom. Hurt  Vanessa and her pack. Don't make me hurt you" I said .

I walked away as silence broke through us . The guys followed me as I put my hood on and walked away with my hands in my pocket leaving her there shocked .

I walked through the woods as the guys didn't ask, wasn't there problem so they kept out of it which I was happy about .

Someone appeared before us. It was our boss who gave us orders.

"Hello boys" he said smiling .

He was a rouge and a weird one . He was like 35? Can't tell. His wife also stood there quiet .

"New mission"

We all looked at him .

"There is a man that is making hybrids. Stronger hybrids. He goes by the name Michael . Capture him and bring him to me. He than will lead us to a woman called Melissa, she is with child , no harm will come to her as she has the holy child"

My heart dropped . Nico looked at me, he knew of my background and knew my mother . He looked worried for me
I spoke up.

"So you plan to kill my mother ." I said .

The man looked shocked as he jumped down and smirked at me .
"So your Vincent ."

"You will be some use than" he said .

"I won't give my mother away like that. I'd die for her " I told him growling .

The guys just looked at me shocked .
"Well your mother might now where my daughter is." The woman said .

"Who is your daughter " Nico asked .

The man smiled and looked at us. The woman jumped down and came to us.
"Lana. Her name is Lana"
