Merida slowly opened her eyes she only saw white walls and nothing else she figured she was in a room. She walked around then she heard someone call her name.

"Merida my wee lass" Said a voice of a man she dearly missed.

Merida felt her eyes sting, she looked behind her to see her father, Fergus.

She ran up to him and gave him a big hug.

"Da' Ah missed ye! Mum does tou" She cried, her Scottish accent becoming stronger.

Fergus hugged his daughter tightly then he let her go, he set her down and they both took a seat on the floor.

"Merida, dear I have to tell you something. Pitch is gaining more power and he has recruited more stronger villains. You need to find the second and the Snow Children fast or he might get them before you do." Fergus said.

Merida nodded as an understanding. "I will I promise and once I do, I'll defeat Pitch to avenge you and those whom he killed" She vowed.

Fergus only smiled softly and ruffled his daughter's messy hair. "Tell your mother I miss her and I love her so much"

"Aye, and I know she does too"

They hugged again then a blinding light came.

Merida woke up crying, she wiped her tears and sighed then went straight to the bathroom. She changed into a dark blue hoodie, khaki shorts and wore her grey rubber shoes. Then she went downstairs.

Her mom and Astrid were the only ones eating breakfast she took a seat next to Astrid.

"Where are the others?" She asked.

"They went home" Astrid said.

Merida didn't say anything instead she looked outside, she was still thinking about her dream. Elinor and Astrid noticed her daughter staring into space and not eating.

"Merida? Is something the matter?" She asked.

Merida looked at her mom with dull eyes. "Nothing, I need to go now. Where is the grocery list?"

Elinor's furrowed her brows, she was getting a little worried because of how her daughter was acting. She seemed... Sad and so out of place. She stood up from her seat then walked over to the counter top to get a folded piece of paper which Merida presumes is the grocery list. She gave it Merida then she returned to her breakfast.

Merida silently stood up then went out of their house and into the garage to use her Mom's car to buy the groceries.
