I awoke from a calm, gentle sleep. I was facing a strange mirror. But I didn't see Jin. I saw Chrom. No way! I was Chrom! I had to be dreaming. I saw a small manacin in the corner with Chrom's armor on it. I somehow knew I had to put it on. It was a perfect fit. I went out to ride the horse and trotted into a nearby village. The village was being invaded! Suddenly, a woman rode up behind me on another lively horse. I knew I'd seen her before. She was the most beautiful woman I'd ever laid eyes on. Then it hit me. I was looking at the one and only cordelia. I turned around to face her. She was a beautiful sight. "Chrom, look out!" she said. I turned. 2 enemies were headed straight for me. I grabbed my sword and prepared to fight. They struck me and I fought them. Cordelia fought by my side, her long, beautiful hair glistening in the sunlight. She smiled at me. I smiled back. She struck down the last enemy. "You okay, Chrom?" She asked. I answered, "Yeah, fine." I looked at her for a while. She was beautiful, no doubt about that. I had always loved her. But standing in front of me now, she seemed so real. I couldn't be dreaming at this point. Everything was too real. Cordelia spoke. "We should be heading back to our homes." I nodded, and again mounted my horse. I rode away towards where I came from. Was this now reality? I needed to think.
                  ...8 months later...
I woke up and found Cordelia waiting for me outside. I put my armor on and went outside to greet her. "Rise and shine sleepy head. We gotta go!" She said. I followed her to another village that was being raided by different enemies.  Cordelia once again fought at my side, and once again I could not help but admire her beauty. As I battled the last enemy, he struck my right shoulder. I screamed in pain, but kept fighting until I struck him down. Afterwords, I kneeled on the ground, trying to stop the blood with whatever I could find around me. Cordelia ran to my side. "Are you okay?" I could see a hint of worry in her eyes. "Yeah, I'm good. It's just a gash." She looked at me. "I'm not sure how you took damage, but didn't heal right away." I explained to her the story of how I was teleported somehow into this game, and Chrom's body. My gash may have something to do with that. "Chrom, I'm thinking that because you are from an outside world, you may not be the same as the rest of rest of us. You're a mortal. Which means you get hurt a lot easier." I knew that had to be it. "Here," Cordelia said. "Let me take you home and get that arm rapped up." I didn't hesitate. She took me back to Chrom's place and helped me down off my horse. We went inside and into my room. She grabbed a cloth, and wiped away the blood. As I looked into her eyes, I could tell she loved me just as much as I did her. "Cordelia." I said. "My real name is Jin, by the way. Please call me Jin." She smiled. "Ok. I think you'll be ok. Just suit up a little better tommarrow, ok, Jin?" I nodded in agreement. "Cordelia." I said. "I need to tell you something." She looked a little confused. "What is it?" She asked.
"Cordelia, I love you." I said. "I always have." The next moment I knew, I was kissing her. She kissed me back. "I love you, too, Jin." After that, she hugged me goodbye and headed out the door. I watched her go. Indeed, she was a beautiful woman. I dreamt of her that night.
                     ....
The next day, Cordelia and I were again side by side in battle. We fought of all the enemies as a team. After we we took down the last one, I kissed her. Her eyes shimmered in the light of the radiant sun, full of love for me. Finally, I knew I had found my one true love. We rode our horses around in the feilds all day. When night came around, we layed on the ground underneath the stars. "Jin," she said. "I can't help but think about yesterday. What if something worse were to happen to you?" I looked at her, a little shocked by her words. I answered "I hadn't really thought about that. But I can say this." I kissed her again. "I never want to leave you. I love you, Cordelia." She smiled at me.
                 ....3 years later....
Another day of battles and adventures with Cordelia. I loved her so much, and I knew she loved me. I knew it even more after my final battle. I tried my best to fight him off, but he was too strong. I was knocked off my horse and onto the ground. I was injured, and I couldn't get up. Cordelia struck the enemy down and ran as fast as she possibly could to my aid. "Jin!" She screamed, with fear in her eyes. "What happened?!!!" I looked up at her weakly. She grabbed me and put me on the back of her horse. "I'm taking you back to my place. Hang in there." I was weak, and almost didn't hear her. When we arived she rushed me inside and to her room. She layed me on the bed. "Jin!" She screamed, with tears in her eyes. "Jin, please hang in there. Please be okay!" I mumbled back to her. She held my hand with tears in her eyes. "Cordelia, I love you. The last thing I want to do is leave you, but I think it is my time." She cried even harder. "No! Jin, please!" I mumbled to her my final words. "I will always love you, Cordelia. Never forget it." She wiped away her tears and mustered a smile. And with those last words, and a final weak kiss, I left her behind. I will never forget her, nor her I. She gave me my final feelings of love and joy. She was my final ray of bright sunshine.
