My eyelashes batted repeatedly as I yawned tiredly.I slowly attempted to get up but Leo had a tight grip around my small waist."Leo," I groaned while tapping his chest hoping it would wake him up."What?"he growled in his raspy voice which could send shivers down anybody's spine."I need to go to the loo,"I mumbled.He simply let go of me and I rushed to the toilet.
I did my business and walked back into Charlie's room where everyone else laid silently while Leo was propped up on his elbow,scrolling through his phone.Maybe this would be the right time to ask him about what happened between us..
"Um,Leo?"I said as I slipped underneath the sheets next to him."Yeah?"he grinned looking up from his phone screen."Why are you being so nice to me?"I whispered but I was barely audible."I was really stupid and young back then,after you left I told myself to stop picking on people and then I would make it up to you somehow so...here I am,"he explained with a small smile on his lips.Even though it was only about a month ago I moved and he wasn't really 'young' I still couldn't believe what he just said.He apologized to me,my bully just said sorry for taunting me for the last 3 years.If I told my younger self Leondre Devries said sorry I would just laugh but it REALLY happened!
