Getting On That Damn Train

Part 1
The first year

Amanduiel's PoV

When we finally made it onto the platform, I tripped. Yes, in front of everyone, I tripped. Draco caught me by the arm and made sure I was steady before letting go.

"You okay now Clumsy?" He asked me with a smirk.

I hit him 'round the back of the head in retaliation. He fake-glared at me but then smiled when he saw his loyal idiots walk over.

"Ill be right back, I need to speak to them"

"You mean your going to talk and they won't understand?" I asked him smiling.

"Yeah, pretty much." Draco replied shrugging.

As he walked off, I got onto the train knowing that Coralline had probably already gotten on and would be waiting for me and my twit of a brother. I glanced in a few compartments before I found her. We had a quick hug and I sat down with my knees to my chest.

"What happened?" Coralline asked me.

This girl knows me so well, I swear.

"Draco's being a prat." I told her with an edge to my voice.

"What did he do?"

"Called me clumsy again" I muttered

We exchanged a look and immediately burst out laughing. We stopped after a while and calmed down.

"You are pretty clumsy though, 'Manda." Coralline pointed out.

"Yeah but what can you do?" I replied with a shrug.

I was the clumsiest person in my family. I'll trip over nothing and everything at the same time. I once broke a finger because I tripped over my own foot. We don't speak of that incident.

"Where's your annoying brother anyway?" Coralline asked.

Just as I was about to answer, he walked in with Crabbe and Goyle. Draco sat next to Coralline with Crabbe next to him while Goyle sat by my feet since they were up on the seat.

"You annoy me and your dead." I warned him.

Goyle has a slight thing for me and its annoying. I don't even see him as anything more than someone that has to be around.

I could see Draco smirking and I gave Coralline a look. She knew what I needed her to do so she shifted making her foot kick Draco in the shin...hard.

"OW!" Draco cried out.

I laughed while Crabbe and Goyle snickered and Coralline covered it up. Draco shot them a glare which made me laugh even harder. Just from this I knew we would have some eventful years to come.

Who knew I would be so right?
