"Mackenzie! Straighten your knees and point your feet, how many times do I have to tell you! When Maddie was your age she could do a straight switch leap no problem, what's up with you today?"
"Ms Abby I'm trying as hard as I can!"
"Well how about I just give your solo to Maddie, I'm sure she'd love to do it, in fact the more I think about it the more i think... That kid would look perfect up on stage performing that solo."
"Please give me one more chance Ms Abby."
" I'm sorry Mackenzie, this solo just isn't right for you, you're finished for the night"
* Mackenzie runs out crying *
"Oh save your tears for the pillow!"

~~~Studio A~~~

"Maddie once you've had your drink come in here please."
" Be right there Ms Abby."
*Maddie runs in*
"Maddie, look I know there's only tomorrow and then the competition but how do you feel about doing Mackenzie's solo?"
"I wouldn't want to make her upset."
"I wasn't asking a question, you are doing Mackenzie's solo."
"Ok."

~~~That night in the car~~~
"Maddie I can't believe you just let Abby say you could do my solo, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you!!"
"I'm sorry kenz, she made me!"
"Yeah yeah, just like she made you a better dancer than me she's always letting you do my solos and doing the lead parts she let me do but gave them to you like she does everything!"
" I said I'm sorry it's not my fault!"
*kenzie crys*
She runs into the house and locks her bedroom door.
"I didn't mean to make her upset mom."
"She'll be better in the morning sweetie."
