Chapter Twelve

“We totally look like we’re old enough to be at a club, I mean psh who needs clubbing clothes when we got knee high socks?” Sadie said sarcastically, giving a pointed look to her twin Savannah who hit her.

“Shut up Sadie you know these are cute, and if I knew that we we’re going to have to break into a club I would of wore more appropriate clothes.” Savannah said crossing her arms across her chest.

Kaylee snorted at the both of them. “We’re supposed to be seducing a bouncer, not arguing over knee high socks.”

They both turned to glare at her and Kaylee just smiled. “Hey it’s not my fault; I was just stating the truth.”

“Well are we going to do something or what?” Greer said tapping her foot impatiently.

The twins turned to her. “Puhlease, you can’t possibly be impatient you’re not even doing anything.”

“OH MY GOSH STOP FIGHTING WE’RE HERE!!? Michelle yelled causing all of us to snap our heads to the windows of the car. Sure enough we were parked in front of the club Wolf’s Cavern. It was one of the hottest new clubs, and the one that always had a live DJ. I guess it was time to get this show on the road.

The girls and I hopped out of the car making our way to the entrance. The line looked like it wrapped around the club twice, but I chose to take that as a good sign. It meant that it was more exclusive.

“Well we’re going to stay behind you guys and try to look sexy; while you guys work you’re magic.” Wendy said as she grabbed Michelle and Greer’s hands, pulling them behind Kaylee, the twins, and I.

“Babies.” Sadie muttered rolling her eyes. We began to make our way to the front of the line, ignoring the loud sounds of protest behind us.

When we approached the bouncer I noticed that he couldn’t be older than 23 making me sigh in relief that it wasn’t some old guy.

When we reached him, he turned his head down towards us. He was wearing the standard uniform with tinted black sunglasses so I couldn’t see his eyes.

“Hi.” Kaylee said sounding perky as always.

He nodded his head at us, not saying anything but not kicking us out of the way either,

“Sooooo… Can you please let us in? I’ll swear we’ll make it worthwhile.” The twins purred together while the guy just stared back unresponsive. Or was he staring? Those dark glasses we’re really deceptive, but he was looking down so he probably saw us right?

“Roses are red, violets are blue, if you were a pokemon I’d choose you!!” I belted out earning me a weird look from all the girls. As for the bouncer guy? Not a thing. Not even a little chuckle, or anything to show that he was still alive.

“Did you seriously use a pick up line on him?” Greer hissed at me.
