Chapter 7

On Friday, after tea break Emma went to Adian's office to finally chart out the final plan before meeting Mr James.

As Emma entered the room, Adian was on a call and indicated her to take a seat.

She patiently waited for him to get off  the call while going through her strategy once again. What Emma didn't realise is that Adian was staring at her with heat in his eyes. He didn't know why he have started lusting after her, every time she is in the room he feels a twitch in his pants.

He need to get hold of himself before he embarrass himself infront of her. But damn she is so hot with a perfect body that any man would die to have and an animated face to go along it , which just pulls you toward her.

He didn't even remember what he is talking about, so he disconnect the call and tell the person on the other to call again later; mentally shaking himself from this stupor, he prepares to get to work at hand.

"So I can see that you are fully prepared with a plan" said adian.

"Yes, I am sir. Just wanted to go through with it again and see what more can be added to it." she said.

"Adian"

"I am sorry. what?" Emma asked with a puzzled looked, which made her look cute.

"Call me Adian not sir, everyone does in the office" he said .

"OK, Adian it is" she said with a cheeky smile which made Adian smile back at her. He loves the way his name sounded from her pouty lips which he just wanted to suck.

"So what I have here is some research that I did internally and externally, more like a SWOT analysis" Emma said getting serious.

"Before we begin I don't want anyone to have access to this plan and I mean it not a single soul; is that clear Emma because we don't know who is acting as a spy". Adian said gravely.

" Don't worry about it. I have just taken the information from finance and marketing department."

"Good, now tell me how we are going to lure James" he asked.

"We are not going to lure anyone Adian its not a fishing session. We have a full proof plan wherein both parties have a win-win situation. I am sure Mr James will agree with us" she said haughtily.

"Okay Miss. high and mighty. Do enlighten me about this win-win situation that you have created."

Emma's reply has made him curious as to what this plan is that the hard headed James will find a win-win.

"We are relatively new in the construction industry but James has an advantage; i.e., he already have contracts with the  suppliers, allowing him to obtain the material at a significant cost. This edge is the competitive advantage which he have that will outbid the rivals." She said confidently.

"Agreed with that observation but what are we going to put up on the table that is going to make this a win-win for both parties. So far what you have told me seems a win only to our side" said Adian, even though he knew all this, as he have already work all this out but he wanted to test  Emma.

"What we are going to offer is our marketing strategy, even though they have good marketing department but we have the best. We will use referral system with the local business. This project needs the local support which only we can provide and it is the weakness of James company" Emma replies with triumph.

"Well done  Emma, I guess this is a solid plan. Now we have to work on the presentation and on minute details of the project. If we want James to agree on this deal we need to dot all i's and cross all the t's."
