~~~backstage just before Maddie goes on~~~
Maddie: I still feel bad for taking kenzie's solo but i feel OK after her little pep talk.

Presenter: Okay now we have act number 56 in the pre teen division: golden child

*Maddie walks on stage*
The solo goes really well and she walks off beaming, Mackenzie was waiting for her in the wings.
Kenzie: Wow Mad's that was amazing, I knew you could do it!

*they hug*
Maddie: Aww thanks kenz, it means a lot.
Kenzie: It's ok.

*they share a moment*

Maddie: We'd better head off, the groups will be on soon.
Kenz: Yeah.
They skip back into the dressing room and Abby weakly smiles. Maddie hugs her. Mackenzie flashes a smile at Abby.
Abby:"Good to see you girls are back to being sisters."
Mackenzie:"Yep BSF, best sisters forever!"
*Maddie smiles*

Abby: "Okay girls, chop chop time to go on stage."
The girls scurry off excitedly in their costumes and hair& make up.
~~~backstage~~~
Kendall: "Okay guys, we can do this. We nailed it in rehearsals, we will kill it on stage."
Nia: "Yeah, let's do this."
Jojo: "I'm actually looking forward to it."

Presenter: "Next up to the stage is act number 32, the Abby lee dance company with beautiful bizzare!"

*they walk on*
They dance beautifully and Mackenzie nails her double back hand spring half twist layout back tuck and owns the stage. They walked off and Mackenzie ends the number with a front ariel.As they walked off Mackenzie noticed an extremely sharp pain in her stomach and quickly gripped her hand over it, she looked around to see if anyone noticed but they didn't, she quickly ungripped her hand as she saw the girls coming round the corner. The pain had gone away, phew. That was weird she thought.

Kalani: "Well done kenzie you owned that stage."
Jojo: "You were amazing."
Maddie: "Yeah, Abby will be very happy. "
Kenzie: "Thanks guys your the best, she hugged them all."

*they walked back to the dressing room to get ready for the award ceremony*

~~~award ceremony~~~

Presenter: "OK New York are you guys ready for some awards?!?!"
Dancers: "YESS!"
Presenter:"third place in the pre teen division is... Kylie halfflower, second place is Sammy Davidson and first place is Maddie Ziegler!!"
*maddie stands up and collects her reward*
Maddie: "Thank you."
Presenter:"And the Junior division group dance first place is... Abby lee dance company with beautiful bizzare!!"

*the girls are extatic*
Presenter: "and there is also a special reward for one of you girls and it goes to Mackenzie for her outstanding participation in the group dance, she stood out so much( in a good way!)"
Mackenzie: "Wow I'm speechless, thank you so much!"

I know this chapter was kinda boring but next chapter is exiting and you will find out who the man in the balaclava is and what he was doing with Mackenzie.😁🌈
