Chapter 1
It's pitched black. All I can hear is the sound of my heart beat racing. My palms start to sweat. I hear the cue, a whistle that only we know. I pull my mask down to cover my face and swing in, kicking the glass window, glass shattering all around me.

I cover my eyes as my idiot brother shines a flashlight in my eyes. " Wake the hell up Sky." I groan and throw the blankets over my head to shield myself.
Suddenly a cold rush falls over my body. Ethan threw all my covers off and pushes me on the floor. "What a great way to wake your sister up, you're the best brother ever." I mumble sarcastically. I get up to see if he's still here, unfortunately he's leaning against my wall, laughing at my appearance. I don't blame him, I always look like a mess in the morning. Who doesn't?
I throw him a glare and he rolls his green eyes. He's so lucky. Out of all of our family my mom and brother are the only ones who have green eyes. His chocolate color hair matches mine. His big built feature is from working out and doing sports.
My best friend Tara thinks he's so "dreamy". I gag at her even mentioning his name.
I cross my arms over my chest " Why did you wake me up loser?"
He gave me a funny look " You don't remember what's going on today?" I sat there thinking about it for a bit, trying to think what could happen in the middle of summ- " NO WAY! THAT'S TODAY?" I start freaking out.
Ethan claps dramatically as he walks out of the room "Good job rocket scientist. Be down stairs and ready by 12 o'clock."
I sigh and fall on my bed.
Today is the day we move in with my disgusting, awful, pathetic dad.
In Tennessee the middle of nowhere. On his farm. Oh how this should be exciting.
