There, everyone stood. Still mourning over their dead friends. Eren, sulking in the background, his hair shading over his face. Levi silently walked next to Erwin, "the reason he's sulking over there like an idiot is because my squad died, Gunther, Eldo, Petra, and Oluo, all four of them." Levi said, his gray eyes looking at the floor. "I'm surprised you aren't upset, they've been with you for a long time." Erwin said, looking around the room. "I'll admit I was sort of upset," Levi confessed. "Glad I could get it out of you." Erwin smiled. "Don't get cocky," Levi replied. "Did you cry?" Erwin smirked. "No, of course not," Levi looked up at Erwin, his usual serious expression on his face.
"Don't act like you've never cried before, I've seen you cry," Erwin said, making his blue eyes meet Levi's gray ones. He gently placed a hand on Levi's shoulder, "I won't torture you anymore with questions," Erwin softly smiled. "Good. Now get your hand off of my shoulder, you might get my clothes dirty," Levi says, his eyes flickering around the room. Erwin took his hand off of Levi's shoulder, walking over to Hanji. "How are you doing Hanji?" Erwin asked, her glasses shone as she looked up at him. "Oh just perfect! We lost a perfectly good experiment!" Hanji whined, stomping one of her feet on the ground. "There's always next time, maybe we can figure out who was in the titan." Erwin tried to reassure her. "If there is a next time," Hanji's eyes widen, "Half of our soldiers died, if we try to find the female titan again, only a few people would be in the Survey corps." Erwin thought for a second, she was right. Erwin looked over his shoulder, he could see Armin trying to make Eren feel better. Erwin turned his head back to Hanji. "Maybe if we find out who the Female titan is, we can find them in their humanoid form and capture them," Erwin softly placed his hand on Hanji's head, rubbing his hand on her hair, causing it to get frizzy. "H-hey!" Hanji blushed, trying to make her hair go back to the way it was with her hands. Erwin chuckled, he looked over his shoulder again, "Eren, just try to forget about it..." Armin said in his soft voice. "How can I Armin?!" Eren yelled,
Armin held his hands up in defense. Everyone turned their heads to look at the two of them. Mikasa walked up to Eren, and sat down next to him. "It'll be alright Eren," she said, placing her hand on Eren's clenched fist. "No it won't!" Eren yelled again, his hair once again shading over his face. Mikasa's mouth went open in shock. "He seems to be really upset," Hanji's voice said to Erwin. Erwin nods in agreement, he glanced at Hanji.
"Stop yelling you swine," Levi's voice boomed over the small crowd of people's voices. Erwin looked to the other side of his shoulder, seeing Jean chuckling slightly. Eren got up, coming face-to-face with Jean. "Who are you laughing at?" Eren growled. "You," Jean firmly said. Rage lit up in Eren's yellow eyes, he raised a fist. Erwin quickly walked up to them, "Don't fight, today has been hard enough already," Erwin said, grabbing Eren's fist and yanking it to Eren's side. Eren's face turned red, "I-I'm terribly sorry Commander Smith," Eren gulped, walking back to Mikasa and Armin. Erwin took a glance at Jean, "Uh, Sorry, sir!" Jean said, doing the salute. Erwin walked back over to Hanji, the wood floor creaking under his feet. "They all really do look up to you, don't they?" Hanji grinned, her glasses shining. "Well, I'm their commander, so they should look up to me-" Erwin got cut off by Hanji's laugh, "I mean as a role model!" She smiles. "Oh, then in that case, I don't know," Erwin replied. Hanji shows a wide smile, "I like to believe they are, after all, I look up to you as s role model sometimes." She says, her amber eyes flickering. Erwin couldn't help but smile back, "Heh, thanks," he blinked.
No...I can't be falling in love with her...I don't know when I'll die...
