Chapter 1: meeting them

Reader's p.o.v

I opened my (e/c) eyes to the lush green oak and birch trees that swayed in the wind. It was a warm morning so I decided to spread my small (w/c) wings and stretched gently. I flew up into the trees to get a good look to where I was heading next. You see I am an escaped natural hybrid from a lab that surveyes and studies those odd things, but the scientists have asked some of the members of Team Crafted to hunt down and capture me to take me back. When I go to the top branch of the birch tree I saw smoke coming from a little way from where I am. Being the curious dragon that I am, I decided to go and check it out, but before I could, a searing pain came from my shoulder. It was an arrow. I helped in pain and it took myself a couple of seconds to start running in the opposite direction. Warm blood streamed down my back and it hurt to move my right wing. When I left the safety, or what was considered safe, of the trees I stumbled down a steep dirt and sand hill, I crashed into the water of the rushing river. My (e/c) orbs widened in shock when my body went into the freezing liquid, fully submerged I tried to get back up to get precious air. I felt the blood rushing in my ears when I reached the top of the water, but my head went back under the water as a wave crashed into me. After a few seconds I finally realized I was heading towards a waterfall. I started freaking out.

"HELP ME PLEASE, ANYONE!" I screeched in panic flapping my (w/c) wings frantically.

Something scalely grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the sapphire blue water. My vision was blurry but I could definitely tell it was a male of above average height. That was all I saw before I succumbed to the calling darkness.

??? P.o.v

I was with my friends, Intoxicated Seto, WitherMU, and Bodil666 surveying the area around our home. My sensitive ears heard something calling out for help and it was close as well. My obsidian colored tail twitched slightly, normally I wouldn't care about someone dieing but something drew me towards the frantic call for help. I spread my black wings and quickly flew where the call came from, ignoring the questions my partners threw at me. When I got there it was another dragon-hybrid like me except she had beautiful (s/c) wings and tail with (long/medium/short) (h/c), but I couldn't see her eyes because they were closed. I flew down quickly before she went over the edge and grabbed her gently with my dark purple claws, I sent her down gently on the shore of the river, she lifted her head slightly, but set it back down and blacked out.'Poor thing' I thought. I took notice of an arrow stuck in her right shoulder blade right next to her wing. My lavender eyes looked over at the bushes when my group appeared, Seto came into view first then the rest.

"Looks like there's a new one, very pretty don't you think Enderlox?" Bodil666 giggled insanely. WitherMU smirked and so did Intoxicated. My forked tongue flickered out of my mouth like a snake, when I glared at them.

"We will take her to base and find out her name and until then tell the others what I have found." I grinned with my eyes still narrowed showing off my many sharp teeth and impressive pair of fangs.
