Again, like always sitting in my room watching the minutes tick by. And I thoughtsummer brake was supposed to be fun, but growing up with strict parents suck. I can't be a regular 17 year old girl and go out with my girlfriends. Instead it all has to be supervised that's why my friends rarely invite me to do stuff with them. I walk out to the living room and sit on the couch with my little brother Aden. It's just me and him at the house because mom and dad went out to dinner. That's usually how it is every Friday night.
My phone starts to ring and it's my best friend Jessica.
"Hello." I say as I answer the phone. "Hey Kayla I got some exciting newsssssss!!!!!!!!!" she screams into the phone. "What is it?" I ask excitingly. "I rented a camp ground for usssss!!! And some other friends for two weeks!" She yells
"Jessica you know my mom won't let me go..." I say quietly
"She will after I talk to her"
"Oh gosh" I can only imagine on what she's going to say
"I'll be there for breakfast in the morning to talk to your mom because we leave Sunday!"
"Okay boo boo" I say and hang up the phone laughing. I walk to my room and throw my phone on the bed. I start looking through my clothes looking for things to take just in case my mom says yes. I am so excited I can't wait.. I pause for a second and think I don't even know who's all going yet. I text Jessica to ask her. A few minutes later she replies with a list.
' Me and you of course lol, Madelyn, Jenna, James, Alex and Jason."
