[A/N: Guys, this is just a filler chapter. As in past tense! This stuff has already happened. It will just be better for you guys to know what happened first for the story to make more sense.]

Isabella's p.o.v.

"Draco? Draco, where are you?" I shouted. We had just made it through the barrier to the train, yet he already disappeared. All around me, I could hear people yelling their goodbyes at one another. I said goodbye to my mother before I left the house, because she wouldn't be taking us to the station.

Doesn't that sound weird? A mother leaving a pair of first years alone to go to Hogwarts. Of course it would be my family. My jacked up family.

I quickly saw a patch of platinum blond hair get on the train. I tried to follow him, but I was almost immediately stopped because I had bumped into someone.

"Oh my Merlin! I am so sorry!" I said, rushing to help the girl up. She had brown, bushy hair and brown eyes. She was already in her school robes, looking prepared to go.

"Oh don't be. It is my fault to. I'm Hermione Granger. And, you are?"

"My name is Isabella." I said, trying not to say my last name. When most people find out I am a Malfoy, they usually don't want anything to do with me, even if I am different from the rest of my family.

"Ok then. Would you like to come and sit with me and my friends?" She asked me. Seeing as though my brother ditched me, I nodded my head in agreement. Better not be rude.

She led me onto the train and into a compartment. There was already a dark haired boy with glasses and a red haired boy, both were sitting with a bored look on their faces.

[Guys, I know everyone meets on the train, but lets say they met at Diagon Alley, just for my stories sake.]

"This is Ronald Weasley" she said, pointing to the red head. My father had talked about his dad. He works in the Ministry, something to do with muggles. He calls him a blood-traitor, and Draco and Mum just agrees.

"And this is Harry Potter." She said, pointing to the black haired boy. I looked to his forehead, and much to my delight, I saw his scar. It's the boy who lived! My father has talked about him a lot to! The Dark Lord, Moldewart or something, tried to kill him, but couldn't. All it left was a scar.

"My name is Isabella." I said, introducing myself to the boys. They both chorused a round of 'Hello's' before the train started moving. I could feel myself being nervous. This is finally it. I am on my way to Hogwarts!

"Are you a first year?" Ron asked me.

"Yes. I am guessing everyone else here is also?" I asked them. They all just nodded their heads.

"What houses do you guys want to go in?" Hermione asked us. I exchanged a look with the boys and said "I really don't know. I'll just see when I get there." I started lying. Imagine how bad they would think of me if I said Slytherin. I don't really want to go there, but I would rather that than be cursed and called a blood traiter by my own dad.

"Gryffindor." Ron said excitedly. Harry shrugged his shoulders and Hermione spoke again.

"I would like either Ravenclaw or Gryffindor." She said, thinking about the houses for a while.

Eventually, a plump lady came around with a cart full of goodies. I looked at the rest of the people in my compartment. It looked as though Harry and Hermione had never seen wizarding candy before, and Ron wanted some, but probably had no money. I, however, had more than enough to share.

"We'll take the lot!" I said, then stuffed several gold Galleons into the ladies' hand, she just emptied the contents of the cart on an empty seat on left. They stared at me in shock.

"Well don't just stand there, dig in" I said, then grabbed a chocolate frog. We spent the rest of the ride eating and talking and soon we were all joking around and laughing like we had been best friends for years. If only it will last for years...

{Time skip to Hogwarts}

Walking into the huge dining area, I felt like I was going to faint. The encounter between Harry and my brother didn't exactly go in Draco's favor, and I will hate having to hear about it later, only in his perspective.

They called our names, one by one.  Ron, Hermione,  and Harry all got into Gryffindor,  and I felt bad that I had to lose my newfound friends. Even though they won't want to be my friends one I get into Slytherin.

I looked at the hat just ask Draco's name was called. The hat cried 'Slytherin' even before it touched his head. He nodded in happiness,  and as he took a seat at the table, I saw him scoot over, saving me room. I walked to the hat with my head down, expecting the same result as Draco. Only I didn't get it.

Hmmm, interesting. Normally,  a Malfoy would have been a Slytherin, no doubt. But you're not slytherin material. You're not cunning or deceitful.  You have a heart too big for just yourself, and you care an awful lot about people you dont need to. You are bright, no doubt, and I can see you will have no problem with academics. But you're a very silly and playful person. So the question is, where to put you.

I didn't speak or think of anything. All I remember doing was quickly glancing over to where Harry Hermione and Ron were. I couldn't process what to think next, but before I could try and respond, the hat shouted 'Gryffindor!'

And as I looked at the look of disappointment and betrayal on Draco's face, even with the three of my friends smiling at me, I knew that my life just got a million times More complicated.
