Chapter 5

"what do you think youre doing?" a tall, scary-looking man walked in.

"what do you think?" i snapped. i hated this guy, i really didnt want to see him right now. niall and i kissed. wow. a couple weeks ago i didnt even know the guy existed, well, ofcourse i knew who he was, but i wasnt a big fan of one direction, so i didnt know the boys by name.

but then i ran into niall with my car and they ran into my life.

and so now niall kissed me

and management found out.

it wasnt one directions management, it was mine.

"well i know you were kissing the guy, i want to know why. what are you doing here? you freaking disappeard two weeks ago!"

i ducked my head in guilt. of course i shouldve let him know. but how do you explain that you cant model anymore cause youre ugly?

well, he would find out soon enough

niall stood up and offered big bad guy his hand. "hi, im niall horan." he said

"i know who you are." snapped my manager. he ignored nialls hand.

that got me more than angry

"hey, show your manners! what is wrong with you?" i jumped up and walked angrily toward my manager

he opened his mouth, then closed it, then opened it again. "what did you do?" he said in disgust.

at first i didnt understand his expression, but then it got to me.

my scar.

"youre hideous" my soon-to-be-ex-manager sad.

"hey, shut up!" niall said. he turned to me and said "youre beautiful, alice"

"have you looked at her? look at her! its awful!"

i almost didnt notice the tears that streamed down my face
