Benjamin and I roll up the our new house and it was huge.
" This is huge is there anyone else living here Mr...." I ask him but I didn't know his name.
"Carl, My name is Carl Feze, and no Mr. Darwin built this house for you and specifically for you, he didn't know you would have your little brother with you so we didn't have time to paint a room for him." He explained to us.
" Thank you Mr. Feze. How many rooms are there exactly?" I asked once again only this time I knew his name.
" Call my Carl, Im also your bodyguard so we will know each other for a while, and to answer you question, there are 8 rooms, there is a a indoor pool in the basement, A fully equipped kitchen, everything is furnished. Your car is in the garage, it is a mini cooper and the keys are on the kitchen counter." he said informing us that we have everything in place. " Here we are don't forget that you have shopping, your drivers test and Ben needs to enroll in school tomorrow. Oh and the keys are under the welcome mat!" he calls after us as we leave the car and make our way up the front steps. reaching under the welcome mat and pulling the blue painted keys from under it and unlocking the door and opening it. Waving at Carl signally we are safely in, he drives off and we are alone in the house.
"Okay Ben, go and find your room and show me where it is. I will find mine, we will find extra things for the house tomorrow. Tell me if your room has a TV or not." I said while walking in the kitchen. It was huge and it had beautiful skylights. I saw the keys to the car and a note. "Curiosity killed the cat you know." I whispered and opened the note and read it.
Brooklyn, I hope you like the house, it was all I could muster up. These are the keys to your car, and your credit card. Have a wonderful time in the house, you should have everything ready you dont have any kind of food in the cupboards or in the fridge and you can pick out your own kind of appliances. You will need to go shopping. Make sure you get a fancy dress. Carl will be picking you up at 6:30 for dinner with me. See you then. my phone number is 555-381-5749 ~Mr. Darwin
" Okay then." I sigh and find a bedroom for myself. on the 1st floor I found a room that was painted grey and had a navy blue trimming. There was a bathroom attached and there was a robe in the bathroom and I could have sworn to of sawn a washer and a dryer. I plopped my backpack on my new bed and wandered around a bit and found a washer and dryer, THANK GOSH!
"Ben are you okay?" I call I didn't here from him for a while.
Silence.
"BEN!"
Still silence.
Oh gosh, what happened to him?! I race through the house checking every room on the 1st floor. I run up the stairs and clumsy me I fell flat on my face. I scrambled back up and checked in the the rooms there in the 2nd room down on the left side Ben was sleeping soundly in the queen sized bed. I smiled and wiped away my tears that were streaming down my face from being scared. I lean against the door frame and stare at his sleeping form, he looked so peaceful and nothing can harm him. I tun off the light and close the door. walking back down the hallway and down the stairs I lock the front door and make sure the back door by the kitchen is closed and locked and I saw that there was a hot tub and a pool out there too.
Maybe when I am free Ben and I can go swimming out there. I think hopefully. Making my way back to my bedroom I take my clothes off and see some satin pajamas hanging on the door, huh I didn't see those at first... I throw them on and go to my bed and sleep like a baby.

MORNING
" Brooke! Brooklyn! It's time to get up!" Benjamin yells and runs out of my room.
"Okay, I'm up." i say while rubbing my eyes and digging through my backpack to find my phone.
8:30 AM. It read, great. I call up Mr. Darwin.
" Hello?" it was him.
" Could you send Carl? Ben and I are up and really hungry." I said with a shaky voice trying to get over my phone anxiety.
"Of course he be there in 10 minutes hold tight." he said and with that the line went dead. I took that as 'you have 10 minutes to get ready.' I couldn't take a shower because there were no towels and no hygienic products. I had a small brush with me and ran my head under water and brushed through my hair. I found some of my mothers gel in my backpack so I called Ben in and ran his head under the water and brushed it and gelled it up.
"There we go." I say satisfied with my work. I put my hands on my hips admiring my work. Suddenly the doorbell rung and i raced out of my room grabbed my car keys, credit card, phone, house keys, and Ben's hand. Checking to see if I missed anything I looked around and nodded my head in contentment. I open the door and faced Carl.
"We are taking your car, for the test. but later we are driving home and getting the SUV you'll need it for the shopping." Is all Carl says I follow him to the garage and look at my new baby. Carl hopped in the drivers seat and I got in after I had Ben situated.
"Okay lets go." Carl says after we got in, he opened the garage door and started the car and we took off to get some breakfast.
