Chapter 1

AN: This is what Emily looks like, she also looks like the girl on the cover.

"Peter wait!" I shouted, running after him.

"No Emily, I don't want to hurt you!" He said, as he ran. I jumped over a log, but a root snagged my foot and I fell. Ouch.

"Peter!" I shouted to now one in particular, sitting up in bed. What a weird dream, I got up and grabbed my phone and checked the time. 6:30, "Shoot, I am going to be late for school!" I shot out of bed through on some clothes, and ran down stairs. "Hello Emily, I made you breakfast." Mom said

"Hi" I muttered as she set my food on the table, eggs, sausage, and ugg.

"Mom, I don't like apples" I said

"Ok" She grumbled, as she took it off my plate. Then Henry walked down the stairs and groggily sat down.

"Hi Hen Hen" I said shoveling food in my mouth.

"Emily you know I don't like being called that." He said as my mom set down his plate, this time she didn't give him an apple.

"Thanks mom" He said then he turned to me and whispered so mom couldn't hear.

"I have the book in my backpack, you can have it after school" I nodded and said,

"Bye Mom"

"Oh bye Emily, bye Henry" She said.

"Bye" Henry said as we walked out the door. Off to school, Whoop de do. ( LOL sarcasm)

...Time Skip...

I walked off the bus after a long long boring school day, "Gosh I hate high school" I said under my breath.

"What" Henry said while we walked into the house.

"Nothing" I said, as a ran up to my bedroom. Henry following close behind me.

"So we're going to find our birth mother tonight." He said.

"Yes I have her address, she lives in Boston, do you have the bus tickets?" I said.

"Yes" He replied.

"Tonight" I whispered.

"Tonight" He whispered.
