Blue- Azul
Red- Rojo-The j pronounced as h eg roho.
Yellow- Amarillo- The ll pronounced as y eg amariyo
White- Blanco
Black- Negro
Green- Verde
Grey- Gris- Pronunced as gree
Purple- Morado
Orange- Naranja- Pronounced as Naran-ha
Brown- Marrón
Pink- Rosa Roll the r.
In case you have not noticed the J is pronounced as H and the double L is pronounced as Y.
Here's a tip:
Download google translate or an app called Spanishdict and then you can type in sentences and it will give you the English translation. I find this really handy when reading full Spanish books.
