Every time I write about this douche I keep imagining him as Tsukiyama and it's really funny tbh

"I found you~"
You didn't even bother to look up at him. He didn't deserve your fear. Every ounce of it in you was now replaced with seething anger. First he makes your childhood hell, then comes back and tries to ruin the rest of your life? No. You refused to let that happen.
You rose from your crouched position, your head still down, and hair covering your face.
"Why are you here?" you questioned. You didn't really care what his reason was, you just wanted to stall him a little so that everyone could escape while he was distracted.
"Oh, my dear daughter! How I've missed you so!~" he took a step forward to try to hug you (you doubted it was actually going to be a hug), but you stepped back farther and quickly assumed your fighting stance. This made your father pout in (fake) disappointment.
"Why must you treat me so coldly? No matter. Once I rid the world of that wretched Kuran boy that kept us separated for so long, we will have all the time in the world to catch up~" He shot you a terrifying grin, similar to the way he did when you were younger.
He tried to move toward the window in the room, but you hurried to block his path.
"I won't let you hurt Kaname," you said, making your father snarl in disgust. He retorted,
"Well, my child, it seems that I'm going to have to ground you!" With that, he grabbed your shoulder and roughly jerked you down to the floor. You could've sworn you heard a crack; whether it was the floor or a bone, you didn't know. Out of your peripheral vision, you saw him lift his foot and position it right above your head. You braced for impact, but it never came. Instead, you heard loud wails of pain coming from your father. His leg had been broken.
"That's no way to treat a young lady, now is it?"

Short chapter because the next one is probably the last :/
