I wake up to the sound of Sora. He was triying to wake me up and he was about to regret it. I grabbed the book that was next to me, and throw it at his face. He caught it and started whining. I get up and asked what the hell was he doing, the answer Was enough to meke me wake up and start changing in an instant. Valentine was waiting for us in his room. And from the looks of it he wasnt really happy. There has been a raid to our ınstitute in Vysteria. And most of the soldiers there has been taken as prisoners. I want you two to go and handle the situation. You will decide what to do when you get there. Dont take any unnecessary risks, was what he said. Sora and I went to pack some things up. While we were walking he was talking about something. He noticed I was spacing out and hold my shoulder .
Whats wrong, you Ok? I had better days I answered.
Did the nightmares start again? I didnt reply. It was sometimes annoying that he knew me so well . Well it cant be helped. We have lived together for more than 10 years now. We headed out after getting the things we would probably need. I had a bad feeling. While walking we passed Dorotheas fortune telling and magic items. A hand caught me and I held it, tight. Then the person started apologizing and asking me to let go while Sora was laughing at the situation. I didnt even have to turn around to know who it was.
What is it Dorothea?
Nothing sweetie I just wanted to look at your fortune.
And why is that I asked. The answer didnt come. I let her hand go and it was a little red from my grip but she didnt seem to car. She started dragging me into the shop. There were a lot of things in the shop, some weird creatures to fashion magazines for the underworlders. But everything was a mess. We sit opposite each other and she take my hand in hers. Than started looking at it. All this time Sora was waiting outside. He and Dorothea didnt get along . Dorothea started talking as some kind of mist surrounded us. She told only 1 sentence and than pushed me out. Sora asked me what the old witch said and I answered still under the shock. She told me I would meet an old friend I havent seen in years. Of course you are wondering why I was shocked. I will explain. We started working under the rebellion army 2 years ago. And till then the only friend I ever had was Sora. Or should I say I remember.
